Hanami 2010...

Finally it's time for hanami in Sendai. Nun di Tokyo sakura dah mula hira-hira (gugur) bak kata iryd dan sudah mula tumbuh daun, tapi di Sendai bayang sakura pun belum nampak. Mention in earlier post that it's already bloom in Minami (south) Sendai.  And the weather seems fine during the weekend. Already imagine that we will have 2 hanami for this year, one is with the juniors at katahira campus and the other one is at minami sendai. But it rained on Saturday and the juniors postpone it to Which clashes with our mini hanami plan. It's kinda hard because we had planned it earlier. But it seems there will be no chance anymore for next week. After zuhur we start our journey, pick up the romantic couple iryd n pitt. We were surprised with their menu, satay, kuah kacang, nasi impit and brownies..woww..hebatt... we just brought some light snacks :D.

There are 3 places and i was confused where to go...last year we went at Funaoka and i never knew the name of the place until this year masa tengah study peta, and i just knew kat sana ada 2 tempat, sepanjang sungai and also ada Shibata castle park if i'm not mistaken, there are train yang akan lalu on a track yang dikelilingi sakura yang rendang..wow... sugoii..mata dah blink2 duk imagine..and then there's another place up ahead along the same river which is Ogawara..kat sana ada boat ride, "beca" (i donno what they all in japanese, tapi dalam english pun lupa jugak..hehe) ride. OOoo tidakk...it was a diifucult choice. Last year we were stuck in the traffic jam on the way to Ogawara and ended up hanami at funaoka, so we decided to go to funaoka once again sebab takut jalan jem dan juga sebab nak bakar satay, that place has a little bit more space compared to ogawara.. (rasanyala) so we can bakar2 and bbq dengan senang lenang... dalam perjalanan dari kami resah gelisah melihat awan gelap yang suram...menunjukkan tanda seperti hujan akan menitiskan airnya bila2 masa sahaja..but as we approach funaoka..kami nampak cahaya ilahi hehe..alhamdulillah, boleh berhanami hari ini, tak sia2 perjalanan selama 40 minit....find a park and a spot.. and we started our bakar2 dengan serta merta because everybody are starving...

 it seems like the most wonderful spot for us to have picinc n mini bbq

para suami menjalankan tugas dengan sangat cekap dan mantap hehe..siap bawa kerusi picnic..fresh from the box, my love bought it at amazon.jp sale...just at the right timing..

satay ayam nasi impit kuah kacang...ikan sanma and salmon...i am speechless, iryd's satay was soo delicious memang tak terkata huhu..bestnyaaa..dah lama sangat tak makan....thank u my dear friend...

menikmati hidangan di bawah pohon sakura dengan angin sepoi2 bahasa...dan pemandangan sakura di kiri kanan dan sungai di hadapan..sungguh indah... kadang ada gak angin kuat hehe..sejukkk...masa pergi tu pun it was like 9 degrees at that time..

dah kenyang..tiba masa untuk berposing...

what a breathaking view..masyaAllah.... and we also wanna be part of the beautiful view..

dejavu..just like at nikko, tengah jalan2 ada orang ambil gambar the difference is i can have the picture..yeayy pakcik tu took my contact, and the beautiful pictures have arrived yesterday.. arigatouuu... 

daffodils and tulips..kireii..just manage to go at 1 spot, it's a long river... maybe next year perhaps, insyaAllah

on our way back..the same bridge we went last year, but last year was hotter, masa i pakai baju nipis je and a cardi, this year seems colder...

last but not least..with su..she was supposed to join us, but then our plan clashes with her plan..she and her friends walked all the way from ogawara for 3.5 km goshh..no wonder you are super slim hehe..

Another memorable hanami this year...hopefully next year's hanami will bring joy and wonderful memoris, probably it will be our last hanami..i will miss all the sakura... thanks to my love who as well enjoyed the sakura...aishiteru yo...
