What we did last month....

I've been delaying these posts for ages, now that i have some time...all cramped in one post.. bisa gak?.. It's been 1 year plus (nearly 14 months) we've been here. Life's good as long as love's by my side. The tension with study..of course, nobody can't deny that? or is there anybody out there have a smooth sailing research... am so glad to hear that... ok enough with that, lets move on or else this will be a dull post. I did mentioned earlier that now i have so called japanese family. I applied in Miyagi international family program and boy i was glad to be accepted. Why do i really want a family here? I do wanna know more about Japanese cultures, cooking's and who knows i might be wearing a real Kimono with complete set together with my love.. and capture the memory. (been imagined this for so long... hopefully it will come true), but there is one teeny weeny prob.. my love doesnt want to wear it.. huhu... but it's ok i'll i hope time will change his mind (praying so hard)..

Early November, I received an invitation letter to attend the ice breaking party and meet up with my adopted family (is this correct? haha) named Sato. Hmm..i do love to imagined and end up imagining that they will be like quite old about the age of 40 plus or 50 plus and i can call them okaasan and otoosan... and i watched at tv, there's this one program, one person usually a young one will go to a small town or village and just go to any house who's willing to accept him.her to stay for 1 night. Usually old peoples will accept. Sometimes it's hard to find a house sampai ke malam mencari for a place to stay, but once accepted, usually they will accept with open heart and prepare dishes and bedding etc.. the next day, he/she will help in house chores usually kerja2 kampung like berkebun, pergi tangkap ikan kat laut, and some of it ada kedai buat kuih... or even help cleaning out the house and garden...and bila tiba ptg they are ready to go back..masa tu he/she will give a handmade omiyage (souvenir) some scene are touching..because the old couples cried masa nak berpisah, i think this is a good program, pergi lawat orang tua and tolong apa yang patut, it's like kebajikan secara tak langsung and mesti la orang tua seronok kalau ada orang melawat mereka kan.. sob2 sedih... kalau tgk program ni surely i'll remember my hometown. Panjang plak melalut, akibat terbawa2 dek rancangan ni so i made a card.. handmade lagi youu... hehe and paste the picture of us during himawari outing.. here's the pic.. tada... surely anyone who sees this will faint... teruk beno rupanya... well dah tinggalkan handcraft stuffs ni sejak school time..dulu suka buat kad or anything to do with crafts.. hehe..

The check point was at Ward office which is really near to the city. We went there by bus and we have to be there by 9.30 am. Sampai awal... and i was eager to go to this place...

the day was Nov 7 2009. Exactly 13 months before that we were here, we passed by this place to register our card at the ward office, masa tu Oct 7 (datang sekejap je utk registration process it was a long story but i did mentioned it in last years post) and autumn flowers bloomed beautifully and i asked mori-san to take our picture... (tak reti plak nak buat link, so i just paste it again here)...but at that time there were no more flowers, it's already late..and i was the only one in the picture, my love was the photographer of the day, he doen't want to be in the picture at all and kept taking my pictures...

that was us back then..hehe..

Without wasting time i asked my love to take a walk at the nearby koen (park) usually we just passed by and the feeling of wanting to to walk around the park has stayed in my heart until that day it was fulfilled..am so glad..

the park is called Kotodai koen..it is very quiet and wonderful in early morning..love the environment...there were several statues and one of it a sumo man, and then love said, "sayang, cuba tiru pose sumo tu.." "hah..seriously? of course la tak jadi" at the same time i tried to do it and controlling myself from laughing..and love snapped a picture of me doing that ridiculous pose...
haha..i really dont wanna be sumo girl...in real life...

We went to this park last time for jazz festival in sendai, but that was different, with all those people..difficult to walk freely, totally not enjoyable... and we managed to snap some more pictures around the koen...

the moment i walked toward that bench...several doves followed me, and then looked at me.. hmm mesti orang selalu bagi makan ni, so i took out my bento, siap cakap lagi "tada" and goyang2 bekas tu..alih2 ramai doves datang..wahhh...pandai eh... and all of them looked so eager to get the food..nasib baik tak panjat2 macam meow2 yang sometime over acting wanting the food..
another pose..suka scenery kat belakang tu, nice shot love.. masa tu dah nampak those doves pergi dengan kecewanya..it's about time and we have to go...some of the doves were still following me..nasib baik tak ikut sampai dalam bas..hehe
lets go to the zoo..hehe lupa nama iklan apa, but i still remember it.. MIA friendship family progam, the meeting was in kurihara, at a lake called izunuma..(if i'm not mistaken and it is also one of the biggest wetland in the world) they gave some information about the place and how they are trying to preserve and did a lot of researh about it and years by years its getting shallower and shallower...
that's our new family, totally not liked what i imagined..haha..she's so young about 30 plus.. instead of calling okaasan we can just call he Eriko-san, but she was nice..my love and i belong to group hippo, we had imoni kai and sat together with other members of Hippo group..
we've arrived..that lake was at the other side and quite far and we have to view it using what to they call that..binocular..correct me if i'm wrong..hehe..this is truly imoni kai.. tapi yang lagi original bakar guna arang batu...and betul2 tepi sungai, this is an event during summer ans autumn..asal sunny day je during weekend for sure penuh orang di tepi sungai menikmati imoni kai...
lots of food, onigiri, kudamono, baby soy beans, imonikai ni soup, consist of veggies and meat, but the organizer knows that we are muslim, we just sit with the group but our food was specially prepared by the staffs wich contains only veggies and soy paste..it was delicious, sampai teringat2 lagi..yumyy..oishikatta..

with the MC, he was eager to take picture with us, i'm the only female muslim and he did asked about te tudung..hehe..posing my love tu sangat sesuai tambahan pula bila pakai baju traditional jepun ala2 maharaja tu (ayat ala2 memujuk gitu..pakai la pakai la..)
the lake..old ya so..it's fare, tapi ada bangunan khas sort of museum containing the plants and other living things which they discovered at the lake, we did look through the big telescope (betul ke ni huu) nampak banyak encik bangau, hehe..
nampak tak what's insode the picture? i saw this dragonfly, begging love to take its picture, "susah la sayang, tak nampak..tak clear..." huhu..but surprisingly.. lepas ambil group picture.. my love called me "sayang pandang sini.." so i pose la without knowing gambar diambil pada jarak dekat..oh idak nampak segala noda di wajah..that dragonfly was at my atama(head), wow wiii i like...very the much..(habis jahanam bahasa..adik2 jangan ikut yerr)

memoryof the day with Hippo group..bukan hippies ye..after that balik..siap tertido dlm bas lagi...penat huu..but it was fun!

I think last month was aktiviti makan sedunia..we went out for dinner...with Iryd+Pitt, Soo and Norai..seafood..bakar kat meja on the spot, tapi tak banyak choice..but it was delicious though.. banyak benda boleh makan, worth it with 2000 yen per head.. sekali sekala boleh la.. because quite expensive jugak 2sen yen tu...here are some of the pictures taken..

mari menjamu selera..nampak tak tempat bakar tu..we dont have to worry coz they change the apa nama dia ek..besi tu setiap kali customer datang..so no trace of bakar daging etc.. macam2 ada sushi..pasta..all kinds of deserts...puas hati...

tak sah kalau kami tak "dipaksa" posing oleh irydluvpitt photography untuk membat adegan suap menyuap hehe.. layan jer..as long taking pictures with my lovely sweetheart...

Last but no least i received souvenir forom Aussie...love it so kawaii... last summer i did mentioned that i have to be part of summer school committee and i have to handle an invited speaker from Univ of Melbourne... Mr Lachlan gave me this, one of my many dreams adalah untuk berjumpa face to face with mr koala...yang sangat irresistable tu..insyaAllah kalau ada rezeki but for now soft to and books about animals ni pun jadik la..pengubat...
:)) it's getting late..am going back now, plus tired of labworks yang agak kuchiwa pada hari ini so to soothes the feeling is by writing blog...hehe..ok then till next post...
