I'm Lost...

Saya adalah peserta sesat in my love's annual seminar. Tanaka sensei asked my love to invite me along. Yeay... he remembers me... tapi kena ponteng lab on Monday.. huhu, my love have 2 seminars, one in Fukushima and another one in Kanazawa..bestnya my love boleh berderat. I can't bear being apart so alang2 Tanaka sensei dah ajak better ikut pergi Fukushima, and Kanazawa is definitely a no-no coz it will be the whole weekdays..i can't leave my labwork right?.. so terpaksa la berjauhan and the worse part it falls on my love's birthday... hrmm kena celebrate advance birthday ke belated birthday ni...confused... takpe for now let's talk about Fukushima-shi. I heard lots of nice things about this place but sadly the trip was so-so but i'm fine with that as long as with my love. Of course la kalau ikut orang bekerja mana boleh nak jalan2 and have fun. The journey started on Sunday morning. We went by car and En Pening comes along. For those whose read my post about En Pening, I will post his picture here hehe... the funny En Pening. His name is Peng Ning Ning and people here called him Peng-san bukan "pe"ngsan pitam tu (pronounce mcm nak sebut "pe"ning).

The night before my love already msg him meet in fron Seiyu at 11 am. And then he replied which makes us wonder... "ok i got it. see u." Pagi tu sedikit terlambat (oh tidak... berciri-cirikan janji melayu) pukul 11 baru nak bergerak dr rumah, so my love once again msg him and told him we will arrive in 5 minutes because our house is very close to his house, which is on the way to campus. He didn't reply, my love said, "takkan tido lagi"...bila dah sampai my love called him and he said give him 5 minutes..tunggu punya tunggu muncul la akhirnya berlari tercungap2 (i think 5 minutes times 2 or 3 hehe) masuk kereta and saw me. So i just greet him. Tiba2 dia cuit bahu, (terkijat i) "Why you go? You also present?" I just smiled and said "No i just followed Mimi-san" (they called my love Mimi-san). I didnt take a lot of pictures during the journey because i have to be the co-pilot. Jalan nak ke fukushima tak sesimple ke zao onsen. Peng-san did took a lot of photos but i didn't get any from him. Jalan ni banyak simpang and a bit confused masa exit highway, i was confident with 2nd one and my love was confident with the 1st one. Tapi terlajak to 2nd one, and the best part jimat duit tol..yeayy... nasib baik berkesan my choice tu... phewww...

And then we passed by the sea.. (serious nampak macam tepi laut) sangat luas and air dia sort of berombak-ombak sikit. Tapi bila tengok peta it's a lake, a very big lake called Inawashiro (until now masih tersilap nak sebut Iwanashiro instead of Inawashiro). The hotel is up ahead. Similar to Zao, Inawashiro is also a white city filled with snow... but i didn't manage to snap the picture of it, :(. My love wanted to dropped by, baru je nk cari lorong masuk to get to the lake tiba2 ada call, asking where were we, rupanya it's already started and everybody have registered. Some misunderstanding there. Kachiwa rasanya, it's ok maybe some other time.

We stayed at Listel Inawashiro...nampak macam international sket they have their own ski range khusus utk pengunjung hotel and they will host a tournament 2010 Free Style World Cup (rauhunt, takmo join ke hehe..serlah kan bakat anda, maklum la dah terror turun bukit yang cerun).. the room was quite big, mcm biasa ada okashi yummy biscuits, yukata dia macam corak langsir pun ada hehe... every season ada it's own attraction, lavender, himawari, cosmos, wah2 seronoknya kalau boleh tengok lavender huhu... i love flowers...

got this from the hotel's website (since when i became part time promoter??) it's big and have lot's of bulding we were a bit lost to find which building we were supposed to check in ingtkan standard je just one building. (maaf saya serorang yang jakun) we got to stay at the main building called Wing Tower (yang paling tinggi) because it's close to the ski range.

that is where they will plant all those flowers according to seasons, wish i can come here again, tak duduk hotel pun takpe dapat tengok bunga pun jadikla..hehe (fanatik betul)
boring kat bilik, i didn't go for skiing or snowboard even though the rent is quite cheap..tak best la sorang2... sunset at Lake Inawashiro, kalau boleh tengok tepi tasik sure lagi syoookkk...

The first night we dressed in yukata to attend Japanese dinner...mula2 nak bawa kamera lepas tu fikir ramai2 mcm ni segan plak nak bergambar (nanti kejakunan terserlah) lain la kalau just the two of us je, we were brought to a special room and when we went in, terus waiter tu panggil and we were placed at a special spot because Yamazaki sensei told the chef that we cannot eat meat etc... wah dapat layanan tip top lagi..suka2... rupanya Tanaka sensei nak bergambar..ish ruginya tak bawa camera, boleh ambil gambar my love and his labmates (even though he didn't have labwork but i just don't know how to address his rakan seangkatan) as well as makanan yang best2 tu...

The next day was a boring day tapi kekenyangan makan breakfast yang best and variety. Stay at the room, watching tv, buka buku jap, pastu jalan2 at lobby and outside... but not for long, Fukushima is way colder than sendai, surprised masa turun kereta bila sampai hotel, padahal di kaki bukit je, totally different from zao. Tanaka sensei ni modern sket hehe, the next night we had western dinner. Same like previous night just seafood, no meal with milk or egg since those are from animal so they thought that we cannot eat that either. Masa ni pun segan nak ambil gambar (bilala nak hilang perasaan segan ni). My love took several pictures during that dinner.

memandangkan tak berderat ke mana2 apa lagi terdaya selain ambil gambar around the hotel (daku pasrah..saja mengada terlebih expression) on the way to dinner...dalam lif, kat tangga hehe, at one of the cafe's, there were lots of cafes/bars, atas bumbung pun ada tapi tu untuk orang2 kaya pergi minum wine etc huhu..
my love's supervisor far right, Tanaka sensei, the middle is dr student yang sangat la bijak, wu sensei the invited speaker yang sangat humble and talkative...my love's sensei siap ada his own book and his own theory..superb kan...one day i hope my love will solve a theorem too.. sungguh pening tengok cacing kerawit inside his books hehe...

i'm with the lovebirds, mathematician's sweetheart,(bley gitu? ala2 versi america's sweetheart) these two came to me and said "Nama saya Higuchi" and came her girlfriend Kada-san stopping him and she wanted to show her skills too... wow totally superb and chumilsss.. they learn just by books and pernah buat ayat "pergi ke makan" and with full confident said that to my love... cute!
last but not least..En Pening and Nemoto-san..... at first when my love wanted to take his picture dia nak buat pose pegang wine bottle ala2 nak minum, macam jack sparrow tu, haha kelakar la..and my love said, "no..no just normal action" and then he did cheers fuh nasib baik, he looks funny when he did the jack sparrow action.
owh..i forgot to mention Yoshi-san, Peng-san and Yoshi-san are my love's labmates whom i usually met and talk with, Yoshi-san graduated from amerika so he speaks english very fluent siap ada slang sana lagi... but the thing is he's always teasing us by telling lies about some fact about Japan, we didn't know much so he took advantage on that.. love to see us "oh really" "wow" padahal tipu jer haha.. for example there was one time we went for dinner and took ice cream as dessert, masa tu dah makan several suap and he said, that contains meat... and then terkedu jap, dalm ice cream ada meat ke? and he said no..i'm just joking, masa kat hotel tu during night time i saw they sprayed something at the mountain dengan innocent and serius he said, this is one of the japanese traditional ritual., they are burning the trees, ish macam pelik je, and Nemoto-san interrupted and said don't trust him...they just spraying to make a smooth surface for tomorrows skiers/snowboarders... cheeky Yoshi-san... ada lagi tak larat nak tulis.

This trip is surely wonderful even though it's just involve around the hotel yet getting to know my love's labmates was awesome...
