Salam Ramadhan dari kami...

Finally i can post a blog in peace..but not really..lots of work are waiting but i really have to do this. Tahun ni masuk tahun kedua berpuasa sebagai isteri...:-)..with my dearest love..it will not be perfect without you...Dah 4 hari puasa baru hari ni ada masa untuk wish selamat berpuasa to our dearest family di Kota Bharu juga di KL, Bangi, Pahang, Seremban, Melaka, (call version already done) Really miss saat2 berbuka puasa...suasana berbuka..preparing the dish..all those kuih.. erm.. yummy..kat sini kena buat sendiri la eh..tapi tak reti lagi. Ada masa blaja buat..he...to all our colleagues di UMT nun..Jabatan Kimia (Huda, Kak Erin, Pn CC..etc) and Jabatan Matematik... admin, cuti belajar..buddies yang sekapal Miss Sa, Syaralicious, Alice n Alice jr, Kak Izan, Kak Nurul, Rauhan, Qila, Fadhilah and tak lupa my dearest students yang still keep in touch..thanks guys..and many more...you know who you are..macam ucapan raya plak..so i must save yang panjang2 ni utk ucapan raya nanti, insyaAllah...semoga segala amal ibadah diterima oleh-Nya dan puasa tahun ini lebih bermakna dan mendapat keberkatan.

I've been busy with this summer school thing, i am one of the comittee members and also the host for an invited student from Australia. His name is Mr Lachlan. I have to organize the summer school together with the other members and when the invited student arrived, i must pick him from station/hotel, send him to the hotel, attend welcome dinner, banquet, farewell dinner and i also have to bring all of the student to the excursion at Matsushima. Semuanya ada 12 org invited students so i just handle one. Tapi penat..sebab kena attend a lot of events...and tak semua benda boleh makan..i can only eat fish and i have to pay full. But some of them were nice, they understand a bit about muslim..so dish yang i can eat dia bg byk2..and said..go on eat..we have other dishes that we can eat..farewell dinner tu paling tak tahan..coz their drink beer. I already told the leader that i wanna be excused from this dinner since i dont drink. But it is my duty as a host kena pergi...i bring my own water and some snacks..ada jer benda yang boleh makan..but i just ate a few, nak makan kat rumah with my love. But the one who sat on the same table with me siap tny waitress the content and everything to make sure that i can eat with them...baiknya..but i just said..it's ok go on..i plan to leave early..nasib baik boleh balik awal... janji i've done my job...

on the first day of puasa...excurison!! dugaannnn, i have to be at the hotel reception at 9.20 am since the other 2 members cannot speak english fluently..oleh itu i am the victim here. They had lunch at matsuhima..erm..sabar jer la..i just look and wander around the shop..dah la i nak bawa balik my portion tu, the other 2 cakap tak bleh...takkan la kedai ni takder take away service kut rupa-rupanya..derang nk makan my portion tu..huu..takperla takde rezeki. Sangat kelam kabut that day and it seems like semuanya depends on me and i dont understand anything coz the 2 of them are talking in japanese..hmm bila la nak pandai cakap nihonggo ni...huu..sampai lab leave my invited student with my sensei and went back straight away to join majlis berbuka with malaysian students at Otamaya..nasib baik sempat..tapi kepenatan yang dirasakan..tak dapat digambarkan dengan kata2..those juniors were superb lots of great dish..siap ada murtabak lagi hehe..nice...memang sangat kenyang.

I think i have to stop now..kalau nak ikutkan byk sgt benda nak story mory..but the best pasrt is ramadhan this year start with a wonderful surprise...i received belated birthday gift from Miss Bee..a.k.a Miss Sa...thanks so much dear...elizabeth arden lagi...kellas gitu..i love it so much!!!

Part of Tanabata...

Tanabata celebration starts with hanabi...sadly i cant see it..why? it was on August 5th. Tuesday, i had lab...mana boleh tengok huu..and then, Fukumura sensei bought pizza to welcome the new post doc prom portugal..Artur..if i'm not mistaken. We had pizza and suddenly heard the sound of hanabi...Mori-san and the rest wanna watch it at the rooftop. According to them the best place to watch hanabi is from the rooftop as we can see different kind of shape and patterns. Wahtching too near will get the dust from hanabi. I just followed to the next bulding, 8th floor. They did mentioned this years summer is cold..few years back it's hot..and the weather was never like this. Sejuk jugak kat atas ni...ramai orang siap berkelah lagi bawa bekal and some of them siap record the hanabi. Malangnya cuaca langsung tak mengizinkan and this is also the first time ever hanabi was covered by the clouds and cuma nampak serpihan yang jatuh2 tu jer huu..we can't even see the whole shape..i didn't take any pictures as it was so dark..and with fireworks yang nampak sikit2 tu lagi la..huhu..everyone were frustrated ada yang cabut awal..maybe find another spot..kalau bawah sket maybe clear..around kawauchi campus ke..me too..cabu awal..kemas2 barang at lab and went back home. Little did we know..tak terfikir langsung yang jalan akan jem. About an hour baru sampai rumah tu pun sebab singgah coop beli some groceries hehe...few weeks before that i heard the malaysian students mentioned about yukata. They will buy yukata and wear it during hanabi. I was interested too. But simply forgot about it until i had chat with Su. She said there's a shop which sells cheap yukata compare to others. She will go and survey that place. So far harga yukata di pasaran complete set yukata, obi n sandal about 5000 yen..kalau nak elok sikit around 10000 yen. Kebetulan we went to the city to buy stuff...and we passed by the shop that Su mentioned. So i ask love to look around at that shop saja suka-suka..the shop is very small yet cute..and banyak gantung yukata kat depan tu..there was this aunty..speaking in japanese mentioning about 70% off. That's all i can understand. Siap ada calculator at her hand and she calculate the pricse for some of the yukata. Erk..terkejut..murah.. and my love said pilih la..i was like..betul ke love? and my love said..yer alang2 murah ni baik amek corak pun cantik..memula pilih pink..and then i found this blue color and way cehaper from that pinky..and she choose the sandal and obi..seme amek yang paling murah hehe..takper la bukan nak pakai selalu..at least ada satu kenangan..so tak la rasa membazir..susah tau nak dpt green light from love so if he says ok that means it is really worth it. Maybe the material is a bi different maybe murahan sket ker or..sewa kedai murah ke..design lama ker..i dont know..she did explain but i couldnt understand huhu..

Yukata dah beli tapi bila nak pakainya...huhu..hanabi dah lepas..last Friday Norai and Su came over our house we chit chat about tanabata hanabi and everything and they wanted to see the yukata that i bought. They love the design that i choose..i likee..and then Su suggested..pakai la pergi tengok decoration tanabata tu..bila lagi nak pakai..ramai je orang pakai kat bandar tu. Kite ni tak beli sebab tu tak terpakai..busy dgn test hari tu..kalau tak sure dah pakai..ramai je indonesian pakai hari tu with tudung. My love pun mencelah..ha pakai la esok kita g bandar jap. I was erm..ok jugak idea tu tapi masih separate devide gitu (berbelah bahagi..huhu)...masa nak tido sempat discuss dengan love..ala pakai jer la wat konfiden jerk peduli apa..just be part of tanabata...alang2 dah beli ni..my love planned to watch G.I.Joe so dia suh pakai terus g tgk movie huhu tak nak la mana ada org pakai g shopping mall..and he agrees..balik rumah i change my uniform and kuwa balik pegi tgk movie..yayyy....

After lunch..love said..tinggal la pinggan..mi basuh g bersiap..mesti lama nak pakai yukata tu.. yahuu..very the understanding..sgt la sproting my love ni..tak sangka he fully supported. Seblum tu sempat belajar dengan Ishida-san how to tie the obi. She only knew the simplest one..yang ribbon tu..kalau shape yang pelik2 tu susah kena orang lain pakaikan..so that picture was taken during sesi practice...sempat practice once jer tu pun dia yang belitkan at my pinggang tu huu.. gamble je la lepas ni. I didnt bring my yukata, nanti kantoi with my co-sv..malu la..nanti apa pulak org cakap...lain la if i went to try it at Ishida-san's house..that would be different story. Soutome-san help to snap this picture..masa tu line clear nobody was inside that room except us..hehe..nasib baik...

susah jugak nak pakai yukata ni...dah siap semua pusing sana pusing sini then i realized yukata tu..rasa cam silap..part yang lebar sikit tu supposed to be inside yang pendek tu outside baru cantik sikit sisihan dia tu..(erk betul ke sisihan). Takpe la dah malas nak betul kan..Sandal tu the biggest size available..memandangkan my feet is too long so lebih la sikit.. huhu..tak perla cover dengan kain yukata yang labuh itew..of course mesti ada sesi photo shoot. memula bergambar kat tangga on the way to the car...after that sesudah parking di katahira campus..lupa plak nak ambil gambar obi yang berjaya diikat itu hehe..and then we walk to the city..huu feels like everybody was staring..mana taknya mesti pelik pakai yukata tapi berbungkus di kepala..erm..jalan jerla..holding love's hand very tightly. My love tak nak pakai men punya version at first he said he want to wear kain pelikat..i know..of course he was joking but i did ask him one day we should borrow the full set the official kimoni and take a photo at a studio sebagai kenangan berada di jepun...we'll se about that semoga ada masa and rezeki..coz the officiall one ala2 drama or macam emperor dia pakai tu...it is way2 expensive..beribu-ribu RM. huhu..we walked and find a suitable spot to take pictures..ya ampunn..lautan manusia..nak jalan pun susah kena berhimpit-himpitan..ramai sangat..ada rombongan..macam2 la..lots of cute stuffs tapi mahal sangat lagi mahal from my yukata ni. love did snap pictures of me..tapi tak best la gambar dengan my love tak ada lagi..and then we saw this pakcik nampak sangat pro dengan dslrnya itu..i beranikan diri ask him to take our photo walaupun he looks like in a hurry he was very kind and took our picture..cantik...suka2...tak larat dah nak jalan..ramai sanga orang..so we headed back to the car park and sampai kat area yang kurang busy i approach this lady and ask her to take our photo again hehe..arigatou...

went back home tukar baju....and off we go to watch G.I.Joe. he movie was marvellous..best2...action packed..yes i know love like this kind of movie..next movie dia nak tengok suria perkasa hitam / satria baja hitam / ataupun nama kat sini kamen rider..so tatau la mana satu betul..hehe..betul ker love..nanti derang cakap jepun tak faham..we'll see about that too..masa kecik2 dulu memang tengok with my cousins..sekarang my nephews umar and aqil plak hantu cerita ni siap boleh buat aksi bertukar tu hehe..

after watching G.I.Joe..poster cartoon Bolt..wanna see tapi rasanya alih suara huhu..almost every cartoon alih bahasa..i tried try to mimicking that cat's face cam tak jadik jer hehe..

Keep Trying

Bukan nak cerita pasal lagu Utada Hikaru - Keep Trying..but the song was nice though...have u ever felt u kept doing the same thing and you spend a lot of time and energy to it...you put every effort to it..but you end up getting the same not-so-convincing result. This is the situation i'm facing now..Miss Sa and Syara..u must truly know this situation..huhu..berkampung di lab on weekend, on holidays..until midnights..u name it..but came to think about it..i must never give up, this is the way to success...this is the way to make be a better person..but sometime i do have thoughts like..erm not in the mood for lab..tak nak tgk lab..i dont want to do experiment for this moment..but i cant..i must go on...because there's a very high hope from the creater..Allah maha besar...success will not come in one day..one week...one month..keep trying and if you are lucky of course dengan izin yang maha esa..i can obtain a very good result and can produce a paper or two..insyaAllah..percaya dengan rezeki Allah..

Melalut panjang plak...talk about rezeki dari Allah, i want to share yet another insaf story, sourcenya of course from my love.. cerita pasal iman semut..and about okane..bling2..(okane=money)

Di zaman Nabi Allah Sulaiman berlaku satu peristiwa, apabila Nabi Allah Sulaiman nampak seekor semut melata di atas batu; lantas Nabi Allah Sulaiman merasa hairan bagaimana semut ini hendak hidup di atas batu yang kering di tengah-tengah padang pasir yang tandus. Nabi Allah Sulaiman pun bertanya kepada semut: " Wahai semut apakah engkau yakin ada makanan cukup untuk kamu".

Semut pun menjawab: "Rezeki di tangan ALLAH, aku percaya rezeki di tangan ALLAH, aku yakin di atas batu kering di padang pasir yang tandus ini ada rezeki untuk ku". Lantas Nabi Allah Sulaiman pun bertanya: " Wahai semut, berapa banyakkah engkau makan? Apakah yang engkau gemar makan? Dan banyak mana engkau makan dalam sebulan?"

Jawab semut: "Aku makan hanya sekadar sebiji gandum sebulan".
Nabi Allah Sulaiman pun mencadangkan: "Kalau kamu makan hanya sebiji gandum sebulan tak payah kamu melata di atas batu, aku boleh tolong".
Nabi Allah Sulaiman pun mengambil satu bekas, dia angkat semut itu dan dimasukkan ke dalam bekas; kemudian Nabi ambil gandum sebiji, dibubuh dalam bekas dan tutup bekas itu. Kemudian Nabi tinggal semut didalam bekas dengan sebiji gandum selama satu bulan.

Bila cukup satu bulan Nabi Allah Sulaiman lihat gandum sebiji tadi hanya dimakan setengah sahaja oleh semut, lantas Nabi Allah Sulaiman menemplak semut: "Kamu rupanya berbohong pada aku!. Bulan lalu kamu kata kamu makan sebiji gandum sebulan, ini sudah sebulan tapi kamu makan setengah".

Jawab semut: "Aku tidak berbohong, aku tidak berbohong, kalau aku ada di atas batu aku pasti makan apapun sehingga banyaknya sama seperti sebiji gandum sebulan, kerana makanan itu aku cari sendiri dan rezeki itu datangnya daripada Allah dan Allah tidak pernah lupa padaku. Tetapi bila kamu masukkan aku dalam bekas yang tertutup, rezeki aku bergantung pada kamu dan aku tak percaya kepada kamu, sebab itulah aku makan setengah sahaja supaya tahan dua bulan. Aku takut kamu lupa". Itulah Iman Semut!!

IMAN MANUSIA??

Di zaman Imam Suffian, ada seorang hamba Allah yang kerjanya mengorek kubur orang mati. Kerja korek kubur orang mati bukan kerja orang ganjil. Bila ada orang mati, mayat terpaksa ditanam, oleh itu kubur perlu digali dulu. Tetapi yang ganjil mengenai hamba Allah ini ialah dia tidak gali kubur untuk tanam mayat.

Sebaliknya apabila orang mati sudah ditanam, waris sudah lama balik kerumah dan Munkar Nakir sudah menyoal, barulah penggali ini datang ke kubur untuk korek balik.

Dia nak tengok macam mana rupa mayat setelah di INTERVIEW oleh Munkar Nakir. Dia korek 1 kubur, 2 kubur, 3 kubur, 10 kubur, 50 kubur sampai 100 kubur. Lepas itu, penggali pergi kepada Imam Suffian dan bertanya kepadanya: "Ya Imam, kenapakah daripada 100kubur orang Islam yang aku gali, dua sahaja yang mana mayat di dalamnya masih berhadap kiblat. Yang 98 lagi sudah beralih ke belakang?".

Jawab Imam Suffian:" Diakhir zaman hanya 2 dari 100 umat Islam yang percaya rezeki itu di tangan Allah. 98 orang lagi tidak percaya bahawa rezeki di tangan Tuhan". Itulah sebabnya apabila umat Islam tertekan dengan SOGOKAN duit yang banyak, biasanya, iman dia akan beralih. Nyatalah iman semut lebih kuat dari iman manusia.

Kata Saidina Ali kepada Kamil: " ILMU ITU LEBIH BAIK DARIPADA HARTA, ILMU MENJAGA ENGKAU DAN ENGKAU MENJAGA HARTA, ILMU MENJADI HAKIM, HARTA DIHAKIMKAN, HARTA BERKURANGAN APABILA DIBELANJAKAN DAN ILMU BERTAMBAH APABILA DIBELANJAKAN" .

moral is..dont ever give up in searching for knowledge because the reward..because it gives you much2 rewards and benefits...and of course niat and keihklasan are parallel. Moral pasal okane tu tak reti pulak nak ulas hehe..jangan tamak, tak baik hehe.. tu je kut..Just finished STM meeting..motto works..gosh..so tense up..relaks...tu yang memblogging jap..sometimes it soothes a little..Malaysian students kat Sendai will make a trip to umi (beach)..i wonder will i be able to join them with this loads of work waiting...ingatkan pantai ala2 Matsushima je ada rupanya pantai yang boleh mandi, main air, sun bathing pun ada..but i have no idea where it is..and this kind of visits really popular during natsu (summer)...i should stop now..till then..ganbatte...

Sanbongi Himawari...

Our search for Mr. Sunshine..or should i say..Miss flowers' search for yet another flower?..thanks my love for bringing me to the matsuri...you know that it meant a lot to me...saya mencari sinaran sang mentari...dalam kehijauan..i didn't know about himawari (sunflower) plantation until Norai mentioned about it. Our search started on a few days before my birthday..around the weekend. Norai have been there twice..and i really knew nothing about this place..few days before the searching..it seems sunny days..and it is expected for the himawari to blooms beautifully. With luck upon us we went there..the journey took about 50 minutes...we cant avoid the traffic..if it went smooth i guess it will be around 40 minutes or less..we passed by Izumi town and it is on the way to Naruko..(do you still remember my seminar there?)...norai pun ingat2 lupa..and then we saw a big singboard written himawari in hiragana. I clasped.."love..kat sini love.." he turned left..we went to a very narrow road. Only one car can pass by..but the search turned out to be sad because there was only greens and no sunshine..we saw one part ada himawari bur when we tried to go further there's one makcik showed her hand in crossed (X).."dame".."dame"..takleh enter la tu..so we went back..hantar norai and we went to lab..buat keje sket..

cubaan pertama..yang agak kachiwa..

Deep down inside miss flower knew that it might be hard to invite love again to that place..yerla nanti pergi2 tak ada..sort of wasting our time and also wasting the fuel...2 weeks have passed..i didn't give up..i invited norai along..but she has some errand to do...brave my self up..and told love.."Love..nak g tgk himawari weekend ni, boleh tak?" mata terkebil2 kesian..hehe tak la tipu jer tu over plak..my love knows his wife really well..he just kept quiet..and i waited in heartbeat.."Boleh...but must make sure mr sunshine tu ada..nanti pergi macam baru ni..hijau je..rasanya tak berbunga lagi dlm 2 minggu ni." my instinct says that it already blooms..instinct apa tu? instinct kebunga-bungaan? "Ala love..2 minggu ni mesti dah berbunga..i'll drive to that place ok?" and then love replied.."Ok..tapi kalau tak ada..no more dah lepas ni..tak boleh pergi dah..tunggu next year.."gulp..but i'm happy..i know there is hope..last sunday our mission starts at 10.00 am..the earlier the better..tapi sekarang subuh still awal around 3 am to 4.30 am..so bila tido balik liatnya nak bangun..hu..

While driving i kept wishing please blooms..or else i might not have the chance...sampai je dekat singboard tu..i saw..himawari matsuri August 1-16. I nearly scream,.yes!..on the right time babe! maybe the flowers tak blooms fully but there will be mr. sunshine..totally different from last week, banyak kereta..siap ada orang jaga parking..nasib baik murah jer nak masuk..200 yen. parked our car..and off we go..yeyy...i was in total joy..cant wait to see the field full with himawari. Hold love's hand tightly and said..i love you...i'm happyyyy...maka sesi photoshoot pun bermula..with our not so dslr camera hehe..sian my cammy ni asik kena perli jek..guwau ajaa..kali ni ada stall jual makanan..ada bench untuk menikmati pemandangan himawari...and of course there were a lot of people..

as expected..only one part filled with himawari..but it was totally awesome!!!

Malam tu i tried to make cheese cake..dah lama beli bahan tapi disebabkan tak cukup perkakas it was postponed..nasib baik all the ingredients belum expired..but sadly, amount tak cukup (tak ikut resipi) and bekas pulak besar..it was meant for 18 cm but i had 20 cm tu yang nipis sket...not bad for the first attempt..and my love's love it..boleh buat lagi...hehe..

The himawari masih kembang mekar..until today..of course we sprayed it with water twice a day..the picture was taken this morning...

i never knew it can last quite long..ganbatte himawari..we will keep on spraying...hehe...

Kappa Sushi...

Making sushi?no..we went to eat sushi..previously i mentioned that my love and i started to like sushi, especially my love..siap teringat2 lagi..so he asked cik norai where we can get yasui desu ga oishii sushi..norai said..it's kappa sushi...the next day terus pergi..we wanted to go on the dot when we knew but both of us are busy.

The place is quite near from kaikan..just next to Jusco..arund half n hour maybe...last Thursday we dropped by on our way back...Encik Pening tumpang because his house atas sikit jer from Kappa Sushi tu..we did invited him but he has other plans. when we were inside the car..had some chat with Pening. My love dah kenal sangat perangai dia..i just knew tidbits from love's story..

Here are some of our chat..en pening ni jenis excited sket semua benda dia nak bagitahu. Started with.."You know..Mimi-san wanted to buy a bus." Everybody here, call my love Mimi-san..i did terkejut but i knew mesti my love saja kerenat si Peng ni..."Why, bus?" "Because Mimi-san want 10 children, 5 boys and 5 girls...waaa so many." we just loughed, he continued "In China, can only have 1 child..if more than 1 you have to pay to the government and you will also loose your job." Oh my..i was really surprised to hear that..sebab penduduk dia memang dah ramai..mungkin sebab tu kena control..kalau nak ada anak more than 1, kena duk pinggir bandar..dekat bukit.. hutan..etc...huu how sad. And then we talked about dinner...What will you have for dinner later?" i askes. "I cook..i can cook" Peng answered. "Wow..what do you normally cook"tny lagi "noodle..do you want to come to my house..i can cook for you.." mak aih baik la plak siap offer..my love and i.."it's ok next time,because today we want to eat sushi.." i wanted to know more..kut2 la bleh blaja masakan cina.." what else can you cook?" dengan bangganya dia cakap "Rice!" masa tu memang takleh tahan and i lough..huu "Pening" ni..seme org boleh masak nasi.. rasanya la..ke ada yang tak reti..apa pun memang mencuit hati..he did asked what chinese language that i know..i said Ni hao ma..jaijian...laukong..laupho..and then he loughed lepas tu malu2 kucing..sebab masa sebut laukong tu i pegang2 bahu my love..sort of usap2 manja...after dropped him nearby his house..berkali2 lambai sampai la tak kelihatan lagi..peng yg sangat kelakar...he..

Ok now let's talk about our sushi trip..parking bawah kedai..masuk je pintu..wahh besarnya..and then dia nyer conveyer belt sgt la panjang a lot of desk..ada gak style makan kat kaunter.. both of us terlalu excited..just snap a few pics..jakun...huhu..lepas dapat no meja..we saw a screen on top of our head..erm kanji..tak faham..caner ni? nampak ada tea bags,soy sauce atas meja and also halia.. erm halia jeruk kut..dimakan selang seli with sushi..kat mana mug/gelas?caner nak minum air ni?..pastu dtg la uncle n aunty ni..tengok dia amek gelas kat atas rak..and then use the hot water tap..oohh gitu caranya so we took the glass put in tea bags..ok air dah siap..now sushi..erm..amek jer kut..nanti kira lepas ni..because each plate cost 105 yen..so, we assume lepas makan waitress kira jumlah pinggan..masa tu perut dah lapar..we just took it and ate..wahh yummyy....my love's fav maguro(tuna), ika(sotong), sake(salmon) and also ebi(udang). i like jagung hehe..and also same like love...but ebi is my second choice..

looking at the menu masa nak naik tangga...put in tea bags and amek air panas kat tepi tu jer..air free...he..best2..erm..love dah tak sabar nak makan sushi...table with soy sauce, tea bags and halia..amek sushi from conveyer belt, yang tu tuna..
yang tu lupa ikan apa..love to watch my love eating sushi...sushi jagung..takoyaki.. lupa nak snap other sushi..coz khusyuk makan..

The next day we went again..kali ni dah expert..boleh order..sebab tanya one of the waitress..sushi tu sampai dengan shinkansen..hehe..sooo chumelss...i also tried takoyaki..bebola sotong yang sangat oishii...beshnya..next time boleh datang lagi...

our shinkansen sushi dah sampai..that one is love's fav..posing selepas kekenyangan..minta tolong kerusi amekkan gambar..hehe..and the last pic, the waitress took the picture..tetemo oishii desu..suki desu...banyak tak plate tu?
