My love already mentioned last Monday that it is expected to snow on Kinyoubi (Friday). But both of us totally forgot about it. This morning when i look out the window..snow falls down heavily...i was surprised and also excited. The snow seems beautiful..it looks so soft..not like the previous snow last month. I just cant wait to go outside and take pictures..he..it's so cold but we forgot about it since we were excited taking pictures. This is our first real snow...just wanna share some pictures..

New Chef in da house??..I like..

Today maybe i will write 2 post, one is my love..masak..fully all by himself. I'm so impressed. Baru jadi co-chef dah bleh jadik chef skang hehe..Walaupun menggunakan perencah segera tapi setelah diubahsuai, wahh very the deliciuos you know..hehe..i'm sure many women out there will be very happy if their husband cook for them or tolong-tolong kat dapur, unless kepada sesiapa yang so devoted to cooking, etc,..maybe wont like it. Miss Sa please be on my side hehe...like Kak Mai, balik lab husband dah masak nasik lemak with sambal and so on..and she seems so happy. Ish melalut plak back to the story..
We went to asaici with Abg Faizul, Kak Su, Husna and Kashif last Sunday. Lepas balik tu dunno why suddenly i feel a terrible headache, ingat nak baring sekejap jer suddenly lama plak, when i woke up i smell something nice...trus naik atas and i saw my love tgh kacau something dalam kuali. Wahhh...bangga..terharu..seme ada la..tatau cemana nak cakap. Hmm best..best...tq my love..nnnti leh masak lagi....he..the menu pun boleh tahan ikan salmon masak asam pedas and sambal oyster..tak percaya? he..the fish and seafood is very cheap at port asaici, besides salmon tu jer nampak macam boleh diterima, ikan lain macam pelik jer..creepy hehe..maybe sebab tak pernah nampak n tak pernah makan..anyway i really enjoy my lunch that day...yummy..

It's been awhile..

Sendai international hall

huhu..lamanya tak update, i've been busy with lots of things...especially my lab. Setiap minggu ada seminar and group meeting. I'm in STM group, the meeting is every Thursday. Setiap kali meeting kena ada progress huuu..and seminar is where you present your research report and also article review..ikut turn my turn tatau lagi bila..takuttt..sape2 di jabatan kimia umt mesti tahu la pasal ketakutan i yg tak berapa suka present2 hehe. But sooner or later i have to do it. My love plak kena present for his examination entrance. First of all kena present di peringkat group and then di peringkat jabatan. so peringkat group i think he passed it with flying colors..omedetou my love. Dia pun sama..ada seminar but in his group everyone have tu present takde tunggu2 turn. Cekap la dia pasni hehe..he's improving in nihonggo coz dia boleh attend the class. Balik kelas jer..cakap nihonggo with me which of course..i dont understand it at all but i will refer his note and learn from him.
Well..there is one interesting place that we went with Faiz..dik pa-ishh tq coz sudi bawa kami berdua jenjalan kat situ besh2...we went to IZUMI outlet, tapi tak sempat amek gambar pun. Masa tu hujan so susah nak amek gambar. Banyak outlet kat situ, Levi's, Edwin, Coach, Next erm..banyak lagi la..dah lupa hehe..rambang mata gak..but we need to save some money so beringat la masa nak beli2 tu hehe. By car is about 40 mins..klu next time nak g of coz la by bus hehe..Next visit, we'll try to take some pictures...tak sah klu tak bergambar..
This is our first raya di perantauan wuwuwu...but thank god tak la sunyi, ramai student malaysia that we met, Abg faizul and wife Kak su + Husna and Kashif, Norai, Jiha, Lokman, Ben, Small, Nafis, Bahaq, Ahsrul, Fadhil, Akmal n wife, Elle, Marissa and ramai lagi..hehe..malam raya berkumpul ramai2 solat isyak and after that takbir raya. Pastu ada makan2..best fadhil masak kari ikan "salmon" hehe..norai buat choc cake and ramai lagi..seme best2..both of us tak bawa apa2 pun..lum cukup kelengkapan tuk tunjuk skill memasak..padahal cover line tatau masak hehe..pagi raya solat at Masjid Sendai. They labeled it as Masjid Sendai. I was surprised, i thought Sendai Mosque. Tak sempat ambil gambar..lots of people and i'm rushing to class. The mosque was so nice..small..square..clean..thick carpet..selesa sgt but the takbir tak sama macam malaysia..a bit different..macam sayu jer..after solat ada makan2..everyone bring their own traditional dish..macam2 pesen..ada sedap ada tak sedap..he..i guess our first raya away from home is not so bad after all.
Cite pasal beli hp plak..ya ampun..it took us 4 hours plus to buy their cheapest hp. Memang sengaja cari yang murah coz its not worth it since we cant use it in malaysia. Baik beli kat malaysia with that price we can get a very nice hp. The cheapest cost us around nearly 1K for each. huu..sooo expensive. Since we really need one so we have to buy it. Mine yang ada totoro hehe..love bought it for me..dua kali minta..akhirnya dapat hehe..tq love..i'm a die hard fan of anime tonarino totoro. Whoever familiar with Ghibli anime will know "toto". Thanks to Faridah, she's the one who inroduce m to this anime world. Sempat lagi bergambar kat toto shop.

First time snow turun dengan meriahnya at our place..and sempat ambil gambar..tapi tak sempat nak include both if us in the pic since we are rushing to meet abg faizul at Bansui..nak ikut dia g asaici kat port...way way cheaper compare to supa and other place. Sib baik ada diaorg kalau tak..takder merasa makan cheap salmon, cheap tuna, cheap oyster..yummy...One big salmon just cost us around rm20..its alreay 2 weeks plus..stok makanan tak habis lagi hehe.. save budget. It's kind of late and i need to continue my work so i really hope i can update soon. till then..bye..

Motto..motto

Motto means more..i was about to write more about Sendai life when i came across Miss Sa's blog this morning. I'm sure over there is much2 colder from here. The lowest temperature here would be around -2 to -5. Tabik spring kat Miss Sa coz dapat idup di tempat yang sgt la sejuk..I kat sendai ni pom dah rasa sejuk yg amat. Hari ni my love baca berita harian ada gegaran di Miyagi..gosh itu kat daerah kitaorg tu..tapi alhamdulillah tak ada rasa apa-apa pom..maybe northern part of sendai kut. And then just now..my love "ym" mention that he feel dizzy..and it turn out that his building is shaking. He's in 11th floor. The higher the place the easier you can feel it plus harder than lower ground. As for me..i dun feel anything..fuhh..lega noo..sampai jugak sisa-sisa gegaran tu kat sini..hu...
Next part is snow..winter in Sendai. As for last month is already winter time. But there's no snow. But snow occurred twice last month which never happened before (according to Mori-san et.al). It melt down by the end of the day. Usually it will come down in Dec. Last week i went to Dr. Brian's class. He told me that snow in Sendai is not much like other part in Miyagi. Sendai is protected by mountains..so this place only get the cold wind instead of snow. Sebab tu la hawi2 i pakai winter coat walaupom takder snow hehe..sejuksss.. plus the snow is like ABC tanpa perasa instead of soft, can play snowball with it. It is not thick. Skejap2 jer snow. Kalau nak merasa snow banyak..skiing..ice skating..it is about an hour from Sendai..huu ntah sempat pegi ntah tidak..kat mana, nak g cemana pom tatau. When we heard about the snow in Sendai we are quite relieved igntkan kena jalan meredah salji with boots..macam citer dlm tiwi tuu..we havent buy boots yet since it is still ok in sendai just wearing normal shoes for now.
bento...sekarang tiap2 hari bawa bekal save budget plus takyah jalan sejuk2 g cafe hehe.. i'm glad love is helping me with the house chores. Wah2 my love dah semakin expert masak, kalah isteri dia hehe..tapi kitaorg masak biasa2 jer..goreng2 gitu jer..stakat yang mampu with limited time..nanti dah beli bawang etc..boleh la nak masak berkuah2 sket during weekend and buat stok banyak2 sket for bento hehe. Love has started his nihonggo class last Tuesday. He's enjoying it..i'm glad..and he also started to speak nihonggo...at least i can learn from him since i cant make it to that class. He's also busy preparing for his proposal presentation which is next week. Gaambatte kudasai ne. There's more to write but "taimu rimitto" japs version..till next time.

Life in Sendai

I guess our life here now is getting better. We get used with the weather bit by bit. It's getting colder day by day. Pakai baju sama tebal n berlapis2 tapi still rasa sejuk. Huu...especially when we are walking and then waiting for the bus. Kesejukan tu menusuk sampai ke tulang..Everything is expensive here..huhu..we have to travel by bus from kaikan o the city and change to another bus to campus. From kaikan its either 899 or 999 while to campus is 719 direct to Aobayama campus, if we miss the bus we have to take 715 we have to walk from engineering to Aobayama around 10 mins. There's a shortcut but we havent explored it yet. 715 bus is more frequent than 719 since there a many students from eng dept. Our bus fare cost us around 880 yen per head per day which is around RM67. So both of us is around RM134. huu..we are still converting everything since our first advance money is in RM. We bought a rice cooker and the cheapest cost us around RM300..gosh..plus we need to buy some winter clothing. Cost of living is really high. We are thinking of buying a car. Since it is getting colder and traveling by bus cost us time, energy and of course money. Hopefully we can find a cheap car. We really need one. Maybe a bit more expensive than traveling by bus but it will be very useful in many ways. The picture taken was near Sendai station, from 719 change to either 899 or 999. That is Yamada-san. She's in charge of international student in Aobayama campus. She's very nice..plus pretty too..when she took our pictures she wanted to focus on the background of the city but i guess its not clear at night plus kamera cap unta hehe.

Dear Diary...

gosh..talking bout diary..hmm..i used to have diaries before..not every year but i'm not a constant user. Jot down a few and put it aside and use it again in a few weeks time..he...But this time a diary is very important. I rely on it everyday, jot down the important things and task for each day..finally i can stick to a diary. Bought a diary at Maruzen. I like the color and the design. I ask Ishida-san during STM training today about the words written on the cover. She said the meaning is "The important thing in my heart". Awhh..so sweet..hehe..today's training was quite ok...tho i still need to learn more and lots of things. That was tiny meeny introduction of STM. Tomorrow continue with data interpretation. It's very difficult to make the tip. I still cant master the technique of holding the pliers and cut it at an acute angle huhu... Really need more practice..plus it hurts..cause you need to hold it tight..erm..it's complicated to tell anyway. The picture shows my new diary, and a gift from my sensei. Only Mori-san and i received that gift. It is a traditionally prepared chocolate. Mori-san told me its an expensive choc. Tried it and the taste was nice and its get nicer towards the end...tired..in 1/2 hour time maybe getting ready for home..need to catch up the last bus. If we miss it..we ended walking. :-(. bye2..
