I Don't Know...

At first i fell in love with this blue template, but i don't know how to edit it so i end up with the pinky template sirap bandung and sailormoon. Just try to challenge again with the blue one and yes..i did it.. and now i'm confuse which template to go with..sigh...the sirap bandung pinky is kinda nice too...

Pre Birthday-Kinkasan Island

One day trip last Sunday (250710). Tanoshikatta desu...!It's been a very long time that i wanted to go to this place..sebab apa..sebab ada rusa hahaha..i kan nature lover, my love said kat zoo pun boleh tengok rusa dan macam2 haiwan lagi.. but..ada aje but nyer...i wanted to see the wildlife ala2 safari gitu (seronoknya kalau boleh pergi safari (^__^), berangan la wahai hanis..huhu..., since it is a 1 day trip it is acceptable la kan and, My love said ok la jum kita pergi, as a pre birthday trip, yippy yeayy, and there's also belated birthday trip...insyaAllah..it's just during weekends...no need to worry about taking holidays or skip our lab yg mmg banyak bertimbun2...usually our weekends are spent at lab and now during summer ni, i think weekend gateway sometimes can be refreshing aite?

We just gamble and as usual i am the planner hehe...sebab i lah yang rajin cari maklumat ni semua. Ok, i wanna tell roughly about Kinkasan island ni. It is a nature preserved island, no chalet, not so much facilities as they wanted to keep it as natural as possible. They believe and worship this island can bring good cause to whomever who went to this island. (tang ni tak nak la percaya but we respect sebab its their believe kan...jangan pulak pandang serong, ni bukan niat kami ke sana k). Walaupun the sea is very beautiful, (kalau buat tempat peranginan sangat la cun)...but they just keep it low profile. Our journey started quite late, terbabas huhu, woke up around 3 for subuh prayer (subuh still early here), tak dapat menahan mata lalu tertidur... sedar2 dah 8.30 pagi padahal plan nak keluar at 9 am ish2 hehe... nasib baik dah setting timer of rice cooker and i already perap my ayam... after bathing and get ready, we had a big asagohan (breakfast) or should i say "brunch"?

And then hurriedly to the bus stop...and in just a few the bus came..nasib baik sempat berkejaran dengan bas (eh ayat apa ni?). Dalam hati agak risau, sempat ke nak kejar the last boat which is at 1 pm to kinkasan. Redha aje lah kalau tak sempat..tak ada rezeki namanya tu... arrive at sendai eki we walked towards the Aoba-dori eki... and asked about rapid train which has fewer stop so boleh la sampai awal sikit kat sana. fuhh lega nasib baik sempat...plan asalnya i wanted to take picture at every step we took from sendai sampai la kinkasan, tapi kalau dah duk berkejaran gimana bisa mahu bergambar dong... we took rapid train to Ishinomaki.

It took about 1 hour to arrive there, kalau naik kete 2 jam, tapi naik train ni lebih mahal dr duit minyak kete huhu tapi takperla at least tak penat drive...when we arrived Ishinomaki, we need to transfer to local train headed to Onagawa. Masa tu ada 3 minit lagi sebelum train berlepas, dah la train tak frequent...apa lagi lepas aje beli tiket i ran as fast as possible (tak pasal2 senaman paksa rela u...auuww). Tak pandang belakang pun, sambil berkata "love, cepat love" masa tu tatau pun my love near or far kat belakang hehe..sorry love but i know u'll catch up really fast. Panjat tangga pun 3 step skali naik adehh lenguh dibuatnya..fuhh penat2...

Bila dah dapat naik train tu sangat la lega...tapi my love and i were shocked sebab train tu sangat zaman dulu tau hehe..jakun pun ada, tingkap dia style tolak naik ke atas tu..and then guna kipas dinding aje berputar2 kat atas siling train tu...panas la jugak tapi biasa aje rasanya, melihatkan other japanese passenger macam kesian sebab nampak panas yang sungguh menyeksakan, sambil mengeluh atsui (panas) dan tangan tidak lekang mengipas2 almost all of them holding 1 kipas tangan sorang tau hehe...

masyaAllah...khusyuk my love and i melihat alam sekeliling menghijau, there are few photos but i just put one...

sempat lagi my love candid isteri dia yang duk berfeeling-feeling menikmati alam tu :)

we have arrived Onagawa..wahhh ada masturi rupanya apakan daya tak dapat nak singgah, masa tu ada lagi  9 minit sebelum bot berlepas, my love took this picture while running because masa dul lari2 tu i told my love "love ambil la gambar nanti dah tak sempat nak singgah on our way back..." and he manage...the next picture ni tergedik2 i suruh my love because i've seen that kind of biat dalam studio ghibli cartoon "spirited away" tak sangka boleh tengok live gitu...

wahhh kowainyaa..tapi sangat unik kan..masa tu perlumbaan baru start...bot baldi chumell..glad that my love manage to capture it..

and then my love and i also saw rows of boats berhias macam kat atas tu siap palu gendang jepun tu...maybe lepas habis bot baldi tu pertandingan bot berhias ni pulak agaknya.. best jugak kalau boleh tengok ni...but as i said earlier we had plan to accomplish...

tak sempat pun nak posing sebelum boat bergerak..mana taknya dah tercungap2 berlari beli tiket lepas aje borading (eceh). bot terus jalan..fuhh tak sempat bernafas rasanya..terasa dah turun 1 kg (haha over sungguh)...bot sangat selesa, aircond gitu..ingatkan bot cabuk ajer...beberapa pulau kecil that we saw during the journey...which took us about 35 minutes...

a glimpse of kinkasan, menuju ke jeti...wahh hijau sugguh air, sorry to tell u, i ni jakun g pulau..tak pernah pergi n teringin sangat nak pergi..bayangkan tak sempat pergi pun pulau2 yang sangat cantik nun d tganu tu huhu..love..nanti bawa i k...this is my firsr ever island trip... excited plus jakun yang amat sangat...tapi tak bestnya pulau ni tak famous as pelancongan so takde nya nak berjalan2 ambil angin pantai huk...

selepas bot dah parking...the other passenger 6 orang including my love and i..headed to a bus...alamak macam mana ni? nak naik ke tak? nak panjat..sangat la tinggi..ikut ajelah..fuhh lega nasib baik bayar ikut suka je, tak nak bayar pun takpe...my love put in several coins... sampai aje kat puncak bukit pertama we saw this...trademark dah kat mana2 pun sure ada shrine hehe..tapi tak masuk sampai atas lagi..malas nak panjat tangga...

ni nampak unik ala2 rumah melayu zaman dulu pun ada perasan tak sambungan ala2 jalan rahsia kat belakang tu..i likee...rasa macam nak masuk tapi dengar macam ada upacara keagamaan gitu terus tak jadi... nyaman sungguh, tenang je...we just walked and look around and posing2, my love tak nak, dia nk jadi photographer aje as usual... dalam hati tertanya2 mana rusa ni... (rusa aje i ni.hehe...)

tadaaa...bila pergi dekat dia lari ish2..kuchiwa betul... and then i saw one man giving him biscuit, terus g beli i peket kecik tu 100 yen, jadila...janji boleh pikat rusa2 ni here kitty2..uishh sungguh tak seswaii...

yeayy...dia sudah marii..tapi nak pegang tak kasi tau pandai betul..i thought of stroking the head or the body la kan but then it moves away so fast... yeayy my love in the picture..masa ni dah nak turun balik ke jeti...dah penat berjalan tengok hutan and melayan rusa2 comel tu...

masa turun tu terserempak lagi dengan geng rusa yang lain, i still bring the paper which contain the biscuits, disebabkan tak perasan pun tong sampah kat area tu, bawa ajela dulu tapi kuat betul deria bau rusa2 tu all of them walked towards me..oh nooo run hanis run..(tiru citer forrest gump :P), dihidu-hidu my blouse and my bag...yang sekor tu tak putus asa until i show the empty wrapper...baru la dia tak follow dah..tapi duduk statik aje seolah2 posing suruh ambil gambar dia (pandai2 je making my own assumption :D)

very small jetty with one omiyage shop and another building ada few gerai and ticket counter. we didn't went back via onagawa...kalu ni balik via ayukawa...from ayukawa ambil bas..konon nak jimat, ke ayukawa just took us 20 minutes ans the ticket is cheaper and we thought by bus would mae the total cheaper than going back via onagawa...

near ayukawa jetty...ada whale land, tak sempat singgah sebab we must catch up the bus..sekali lagi terpaksa berkejaran huhu..bus tak frequent, kalau tunggu next bus nampak gayanya malam la sampai di sendai nun... whale land to ada history pasal penangkapan whale dulu2 sebelum kena banned and we can board in that ship to experience it, and there are whale dishes too..ee takleh imagine bagaimana rupa isi ikan whale tu...

 Ishinomaki eki..pandai tak i posing "jangan bergerak polis"hehe..ku sangkakan jimat rupanya lagi mahal beberapa ratus yen..uhuk uhuk...dah la bas tu lambat setiap pelosok lorong, kampung, taman dia masuk..salah faham ingtkan ada ala2 shuttle bus direct ke Ishinomaki eki, rupanya bas bandar biasa je and it took us around 80 min to arrive, alhamdulillah sempat catch up the rapid train once again..pheww lega2...

omiyage...my love bought snek ketam rangup..real small crabby...yummyy tau..walaupun mula2 macam takut nak makan the whole mini ketam tu...ini la baru snek ketam ori hehe..i bought the key-chain, kuchiwa takde magnet, those two are boat tickets and key chain sea shell tu dapat free masa beli tiket, boleh ambil banyak mana nak..menyesal pulak tak jadi tamak haloba ambil satu cekup terus boleh bagi kawan2...tak baik tau hehe..oleh itu i jadi berjurus ambil 2 aje...

It was a marvelous trip...alhamdulillah..looking forward for more short trip like this...experience and explore what we have here in Miyagi-ken yet still so much more to explore...

My 29 y.o birthday dinner...

Many more wishes that came but i was unable to write yesterday(i must write coz i treasured all the wishes and positive words from my dearies)...but i went back quite early last night around 7 pm for a birthday dinner...ureshiikattas desu. Cik nab, thank you for spending your time with us and for the lovely present as well..me like it.. maybe it will be a long entry since i will post a recipe as well later on... my love bring me to the usual place, western and japanese buffet at a really2 cheap price yet the food are marvellous..berbaloi-baloi tau. This time we manage to take some pictures of the food...yummy2...

last but not least..before the clock strikes 12, the end of 28th of July 2010, i received a birthday card from my love with really meaningful words in it..full with maths symbols which i have to translate to get the real meaning..pheww...and yes it was really really sweet... malu la nak reveal eheh..mengada... i love you so so much my love...thanks for a memorable day...

 not to forget, cooking book from Mori-san...arigatouu..there's some japanese cuisine i likee, will share it with u guys k...

Fujita-san gave me a room slipper..belang mcm penjara hehe..kawaii ne.. my STM room slipper entah hilang ke mana...nasib baik tak perlu beli baru...arigatou mo Fujita-san...

blueberry cheese cake from hana memories.. HERE

Happy 2nd anniversary to hana memories bestnyaa same date with my birthday!...Kak Hana is a great chef hari2 pun masak menu yang vava voom gitu..but my cake taklah sehebat kak hana ni...tapi nasib baik boleh dimakan hehe.. this is the first time i made a non-bake cheesecake...fuhh lega sebab jadik walaupun it didn't turn out to be marvelous like Kak Hana's cake..need to polish up my skill or is it me who doesn't have that gift in cooking.. huhu...

To my cayangs out there boleh la cuba k...(nana dear, boleh buat for haru a.k.a perigi ehehe)

mine is a bit flat coz i dont have 18 inch punya loyang, i used 20 inch so kurang la ketebalannya bertambah lilitan kek aje hehe..betul ke ni...

Base:

80 g biskut marie hancurkan (i used oreo)

50 g butter cairkan

mix these two..padatkan pada dasar loyang...put in fridge for 30 min or more

Cake

250 g cream cheese

200 g whipping cream (saya bantai letak ready made whipping cream tu *_*

150 g plain yogurt

50 g gula (i put 45 g konon nk krgkan manis hehe)

15 g halal gel (bought via internet, kantan desyou)-cairkan with 60 ml air panas dan sejukkan

50 g buah blueberry tin (tak letak sebab tak jumpa cari the night before my bday, replace with blueberry jam

25 ml bluberry syrup (ini pun tak letak..couldn't find it either huhu...)

mix cream cheese and sugar sampai nampak gebu, add in whipping cream and yogurt, mix and then pour in the warm gelatin, mix again, put in the blueberry filling kacau sikit2 je to get the marble effect, masukkan dalam loyang with biscuit base tadi and then put in fridge at least 2-3 hours..tadaaa lepas tu bley nyum2..oishikatta desyou...selamat mencuba!

Alhamdulilah, syukur...masih dikurniakan dengan kesihatan, kekuatan dan keberkatan oleh-Nya... so many wishes...thanks a lot my dearies..last night sempat buat blueberry chesee cake...got this recipe from kak hana...terima kasih..will post it later and share with u guys k...

Samantha who???

Alhamdulillah tiba2 hari ni Soutome-san datang kat meja..and he said "Hanis-san, tomorrow is your birthday..." sambil menghulurkan 2 bekas biskut Hello Kitty... wow wiiii me love cookies just like cookie monster... hehe tak senonoh betul...arigatou ne Soutome-san...ほんとう　に　うれしい。 Hari ni hima nampaknya..sampai 3 post dalam sehari ish2..teruk betul. Last week everyday berkampung di lab sehingga pukul 1 pagi hingga 2 pagi... hari ni sengaja merilekkan diri walhal my co-sv duk push2 suruh buat experiment, tapi i have to wait 4 days for my grown solution of nanoparticles. I will do some other experiment later this evening and tomorrow and so on... as usual...

I thought it was like other new york brand...until one day when i saw there was a sale and the promoter told me "nihon no brand". Pelik seketika...brand jepun tapi nama brand sungguh ke'barat'an. Takperla and i just ignore...until one day rasa nak find about this brand. Ohho..baru ku tahu..the founder was a Japanese and he started his debut at New York..no wonder namanya Samantha...

Food for thoughts...

Terlihat laman Genta Rasa ada update...tentang Syaitan Kreatif... rupanya perihal wanita bertudung, fesyen sekarang dan mengenai transisi kelabu (grey transition). Dari yang mendapat hidayah hingga hidayah lari daripadanya seolah-olah ditarik kembali (nauzubillah). Semoga Allah memelihara kita semua. 

Yang menarik perhatian saya adalah ayat ini.. "Tudung wanita itu ada empat, tudung pada wajahnya, tudung pada mata, tudung pada suara, tudung pada hati..."and then i came across one of the comments which have a blog link...this is interesting too..taken directly from blog owner...

Poison...abunai!

Takde kaitan dengan en abu yer hehe...abunai=danger, I was shocked when i got this email... i'm not sure either as this is the first time i read about it. I got this from my sis in law, apapun sharing is caring dan better berjaga-jaga...

I hope i can have more proof. Organic chemists out there can find out what is the poisoning chemicals if that plant is really poisonous. Preventing is better than curing...

Berkira-kira tidak akan menukar layout selepas dramatic change suatu ketika dahulu, really satisfied with this one.. it's lovely and have all my favourite colors in it.. mana nak cari template idaman kalbu yang, blog owner plak celik dalam it...ish2 mencabar rasanya nak tukar2 layout ni, huhu any suggestion friends? ganbatte ne...hani-chan, after finishing my work.. i will try to make over my blog, as a pre birthday present to self hehe... mengadanya...

Karas...

I like kuih karas...but this karas is not that one okay... it's a birdie bird. Karas dalam bahasa jepun bermaksud burung gagak atau nama glamer dia mr crow... kat kelang terkenal dengan kemeriahan gagak2 di situ (tapi tak pernah tengok) living here i can get up close and personal with karas (sapela yang sudi beramah mesra dgn cik karas tu). There are a lot of them here, u can see them everywhere and it is very big...huge..humongous (ok, dah start over expression). But it's true they are big dan pernah nampak karas ni bergaduh dengan burung helang (ganas betul serang burung helang) mungkin berebut kawasan jajahan dan kalau karas ni banyak sangat, burung helang pun naik takut dan cabut lariiii...

One thing about karas..they are smart, pernah tengok kat rancangan national geographic dan juga animal planet, seekor karas ni nak makan kacang, kacang bulat yang kulit dia keras tu (lupa la pulak nama apa). Dia bertenggek kat traffic light, sambil pegang kacang tu dan perhati kenderaan. Sebelum tu dia dah cuba ketuk2 dan baling2 kacang tu tapi tak berjaya...after it sat for awhile...bila traffic light merah, dia turun letak kacang tu atas jalan (at this time i thought, dia putus asa agaknya..kuchiwa)... lepas kereta dah jalan dan traffic light kembali merah..dia turun semula ke tempat tadi...tadaaa..kacang pun dah pecah dah dia boleh makan dengan gumbiranya... surprising, ada lagi tapi kan, kalau tulis semua mahu tak siap my work today hehe...

Dalam 2, 3 hari ni kecoh betul burung gagak kat belakang bangunan ni...when i walked passed by the mini park (tempat bbq) untuk ke cafe mencari sesuap pencuci mulut pengalas perut waktu petang (kuat makan betul). I saw 2 big karas holding something at their mouth, they looked at me as if protecting something, at the same time bunyi karas yang sangat kuat sampai naik menyampah, bingit betul...tak puas hati, mata ini mula mendongak mencari-cari arah bunyi bingit itu (ayat macam nak tulis cerpen...well jum asah bakat). Patut la..rupanya anak dia baru nak belajar terbang... alignment (betul ke) pergerakan pun tak stabil lagi. I walked by hurriedly as i afraid a white spot would fall on my hijab or my blouse..tak pasal2 balik lab awal...i have other experiences too with this karas..well maybe next time...and maybe not that interesting for u guys out there...
