Memories with Momiji...

Memori terakhir bersama momiji untuk tahun ini. Tahun depan tak pastilah sama ada masih ada rezeki atau tidak. Pertama kali lihat momiji di waktu malam diterangi lampu lip lap lip lap. Mungkin warna daun momiji lebih terserlah bila ada lampu. Entahlah patik kurang arif. Ini merupakan trip on the spot senior citizen Sendai. Sewaktu sampai di Matsushima lebih kurang 1 jam dari bandar Sendai, hujan mula turun rintik2. Alamak dah la kami tak sediakan patung sebelum hujan huhu... Maka sedikit tergendalalah outing kami ada malam tersebut. Tak sempat nak posing beramai-ramai. Hujan tak menentu sekejap rintik sekejap lebat... tapi bila dah nak balik makin lebat dan kami terpaksa cari tempat berteduh. Kebetulan hari tu merupakan hari terakhir matsuri berkenaan, wuwuwu... nak tak nak terpaksa redah jugak la kan...

Harga masuk taman ni 500 yen dan orang sangat ramai, sehingga terpaksa beratur untuk masuk dan berjalan perlahan2, nak ambil gambar pun susah. Dah la patik dan cinta hati sangat tidak arif ambil gambar waktu malam. Pasti hasilnya hancur luluh sehancurnya hati patik ni huhu...

adalah juga beberapa keping gambar yang "menjadi" untuk diabadikan oleh penulis :P, suka sangat dengan susunan lampu di sepanjang jalan. It felt romantic (mulalah nak berangan tu!)... tapi gambar beramai2 blur la pulak, dengan orang ramai menyukarkan kami untuk posing berkali2 ala-ala filem yang kena shoot balik bila ada scene tak menjadi (eceh!)...

besar juga pokok momiji ni, kena dongak atas untuk lihat... 

masa ni hujan dah mula lebat, momiji ni ditanam di tepi tasik dan nampak reflection, sayangnya keadaan cuaca tidak mengizinkan kami untuk melihat lebih lama, orang ramai dah berpusu-pusu keluar dan juga mencari tempat berteduh. Ada bangsal kat tepi tasik tu tapi dah fully occupied, terpaksa kami cari tempat lain, berlari-lari anak berpimpin tangan dalam hujan, owh such a romantic moment (haha tak habis2 berangan)... 

p/s: tiba2 teringat watak jahat dalam power puff girls monkey mujojojo (betul ke)... haha apakah?

Snowy and Kaki Matsuri...

suka sangat tengok snow yang melekat kat ranting pokok... comel...

Sendai doesn't snow much as our neighbour Yamagata. That's why this winter i decided to count how many times does it snow for this winter. Hopefully i counted it correctly.Today is the 8th snow and out of it only 4 times snow sempat merehatkan diri di atas tanah dan juga di atas pokok. Eh ayat apa ni? But i'm sure you got what i mean right. The other 4 times turun malu2 and it's such a bliss too, walking while feeling a soft coldness touching your cheek, nose, mouth...face... ureshii ne. As usual wakey in the morning bath prepare bento and ready to go out... eh?? I wanna talk about the 7th snow, it was quite a heavy snow that day, masuk balik rumah to get the camera (mesti ada yang akan cakap sinis, gambar depan rumah/ belakang rumah pun nak ambil-alasan sebab tinggal di luar negara) hehe takperla it's my experience, my own blog, my authority to write anything i want..got it huh...

As usual i am the model yang tak pandai posing, ketandusan idea to pose plus holding all those stuffs susah nak posing (cover sket) but who cares just enjoy the moment while posing hehe. selalu snow lebat time nk g lab instead of waktu bersenang lenang where i can play with the snow hehe. There's different when snow comes down at the temperature below 0 degrees, it is softer and lighter, while above 0 degrees a bit wetty, yet still fine. Tatau pun pasal ni, knew about it from Artur, from Poland he's a postdoc at my lab, masa snow turun tu dia pun excited suruh ambil gambar dia.... unbelievable... Takde la tebal mana pun but heaviest so far and in sendai jarang snow lebat macam ni..let's take a look at those pictures...

biasanya kalau snowy lebat pijak tu dah nampak jalan or tanah tapi kali ni pijak pun still nampak snow..jalan2 sambil kuis2 snow...seronok...so soft...
at the other side..rumah belakang tu rumah post doc and almost all of them are family, the kidsa started to some out to play, everybody shouting in joy, parents taking pictures etc... lovely.

ganbatte love.. (1) nasib baik snow fresh lagi so it's still soft and easily to remove there were times it's snowy and suddenly the temperature goes down rapidly and the snow froze... kena la kikis...

(4) huu blum lagi, belakang plak..yosh..
hasil kerja menunggu hehe...
and the next day, the temperature rises and the snow starts to melt, phew lega jugak no need to walk on ice yang licin, very slippery... and it's such a good weather for another matsuri... we did found several snowman at our area, mesti all those kids yang buat siap main slide lagi.. cute

Kaki...bukan kaki yang ada jari tu hehe... we jnew nothing about this matsuri (festival). Nasib ada Cik Nab and El, at firts cik nab roger via ym, "eh wiken ni free? nak ajak g somewhere" lepas tu el plak roger..."uuu jum g kaki matsuri, leh makan free" As far as i know kaki is pisang kaki they called it kaki too in japan. cuma tak ada la pisang tu kat depan just kaki je. Little did i know another kaki is oyster...wallahh... my love and i love seafood, nak2 kaki and hotate yummy, so i asked my love nak pergi tak and he seems ok with that..On sunday morning after breakfast kenyang2 went to pick up Cik Nab and after that el... alhamdulillah tak jem and manage to find car park easily, ada sorang aunty ni made her garden as parking lot which cost only 500 yen for one whole day park..yahuuu...wonderful...sempat lagi makcik ni buat bisnes nasib baik charge murah. Maka berjalan la headed towards the seaside up ahead...nasib pergi dengan otai nihon, both of them look at the map and seek the booth to get free kaki. And we started to queue masa tu not so long tengah posing2 jap alih panjang sampai ke belakang...waa...nasib baik awal sikit jer hehe...

tadaaa...this is the area...quite big yet full jenuh jugak nak cari tempat bakar yang kosong.. ada stage kecik with some performance..patut la pakcik tu berhip hop ada artist jemputan nyanyi hip hop hehe..kebetulan..

Matsushima

ermm..not about my lab mate Matsushima-san, bukan tokok tambah nama my friend..Shima d Tganu hehe..but it's one of the famous place for sight seeing in Miyagi malah one of the most visited place in Japan..(menurut Mori-san). Masa mula-mula sampai sini dulu Mori-san dah rekemen pergi Matsushima...masa tu sibuk nak settle down, kelas, lab, seminar..macam2 la plus both of us belum mahir dgn selok belok Sendai ni apatah lagi di luar Sendai. Tempat ni tepi laut..tapi tak ada pantai berpasir macam Malaysia..cuma ada banyak batu2 besar and japanese people really love this place untuk vacation tapi kesian tak boleh nak mandi manda and bersiar2 like our beach. Last January love ada seminar di Matsushima so my love and his gengster.. oppss..kawan2 satu department hehe..went together by densya (train). So my love dah tahu selok belok ke Matsushima and he promised to bring me there one day. I forgot for awhile about Matsushima...busy with lab..etc..and suddenly out of blue last Friday my love telah memberi cadangan pergi ke Matsushima..jalan2 release tension..kalau ikutkan nak jer pergi on Saturday but as usual Saturday masuk campus. Sunday morning after breakfast duk bermalas-malasan depan tv...erm..macam mana ni jadi ke kita ke Matsushima? Jadi jerla alang2 dah buat plan pastu bersiap cepat2 and off we go...parking kat sini semua berbayar and expensive nasib baik parking sekarang free sebab stay at Tohoku Univ house..Mori-san told us satu2nya parking free di bandar adalah di Katahira campus tapi kena jalan jauh jugak la..tapi takpe we used to walk a lot last time during ulang alik dgn bas. So parking free punya pasal we parked at that place and walk to Sendai station.
From that car park it took us about..maybe 15 minutes to Sendai station. Post surat jap and pergi beli tiket...tapi sesat..my love lupa which way to go down to the JR train to Matsushima last2 pilih untuk naik di Aoba Dori next to Sendai station. Harga tiket pergi balik 800 yen per person, ambil train route ke Ishinomaki (last stop) and Matsushima (2nd last stop). It took about 35 minutes by densya to Matsushima. Alhamdulillah panas tapi masih lagi sejuk. huu.. Our first visit is the temple..tak masuk pun dalam temple just viewing the garden..very nice garden.. nak masuk temple bayar 700 yen..huhu sama mahal tiket return train. Lagipun ada apa sangat kat dalam temple tu..tak menarik rasanya..pusing2 viewing garden yang sangat menyamankan itu we went to buy ticket for sightseeing pulau2 kecil around Matsushima. While waiting for the boat we went to see other garden and small temple..ada dua jambatan which connects to smaller islands..one is short and the other one is a bit far...so we went to the first one and enjoying the view and of course snap some pictures.

After that..we went boat sightseeing..yang peliknya tengok nearly everybody bawa prawn snack ala2 double decker perisa udang tu hehe..rupa2nya after bot jalan ada gruop of birds will follow and the tourist akan baling snack tu..seronok sangat see that bird up close..macam2 ragam those birds are very tame siap datang ngap kat tangan and kalau jatuh dlm air siap turun berebut2 to grab that snack..ishh canggih burung makan "cikedis" hehe..erm..walaupun japanese and other foreigner really love the view..(and of course we also love it too) tapi sayang the beach doesnt have sand kalau ada pun sikit sangat..full with rocks...but the best part boleh tgk ternak oyster.. kewl..

Next visit is the second bridge..a bit far from 1st bridge while walking my love and i discussed if the entrance is expensive we wont go there walaupun dah sampai di depan gate jambatan..nasib baik 200 yen..not as expensive as we thought. Nampak macam jauh sangat tapi bila jalan and enjoying the view sekejap je dah sampai. At that island there is some spot..to sit down..ada tangga nak turun ke pantai yang pasirnya sikit and comot..but my love and i enjoy it..and at that time tiba2 teringat masa masuk hutan di BTN US dulu..pusing2..and bila tengok peta there is one more place to go which is "aquarium" so we imagine penuh dengan ikan etc..the best part is on our way back..we notice the same bird from the boat cruise..jinak sangat..dia duduk diam je so i approached it..and ask love to snap a picture..geram..so cute..bersih jer..nak pegang takut..makin dekat dia jalan makin jauh..and suddenly i got an idea..memandangkan this bird is foodlistik so i took out our bekal and take out the cake and show it to the bird..terkejut..cepat2 dia datang sambar...i gave 2 cubit jer..banyak2 nanti tuan punya bekal tak cukup makan hehe..i really enjoy that moment..

"Aquarium" ..we dont really know the real name since in the map it is written like that..nasib baik boleh guna student card so dapat tiket murah and..it is the only place in Matsushima where we can use student id for discount ticket..huhu..unfortunately bateri camera dah habis and we manage to snap one with Mr. Seal yang chumel hehe..the rest there were mr pingu, mr beaver, lots of fish species..octopus, mr crabby crab, jellyfish..dolphin..croco..erm banyak sangat..my love and i really enjoy that place..since our camera is just kamera biasa so the view that i tried to share is limited..so we end up took each other's picture a lot..hehe..i guess that's all for now time is limited and here are some pictures...to share..
