Yup sekapal...we are both from India..hehe..al kisah..i went to measure my sample under SEM. The instrument belongs to Yamaguchi sensei's group which is in the inroganic lab. I met him the last time when i had my first practice with SEM. His name is Hiro-san i forgot his full name. I was looking for the sample holder. It went missing and nobody knew..who took it or..ruin it..etc..termasukla student2 lab tu. He helped me to find it too. But we didn't find it. So i tried with double tape..the normal method, which is not very suitable for my sample. Hiro-san ni plak duk lepak2 kat situ while reading article. Erm..mesti nak spy i dah mahir lum guna alat ni hehe..just joking. Suddenly he ask me...(while i was changing my next sample and my position is face to face with him)...Okuniwa? (where r u from)..tak sempat nak jawab..he said INDIA? Erk..tetiba teringat kes Miss Sa hari tu..haha..nak tergelak..dah la smalam masak kari n this morning panaskan curry tu mesti ada lekat bau hehe..alasan sama cm miss sa. So i anwered..(mentang2 skang amek kelas bahasa jepoms) "Malaysia kara kimashita." oo malaysia..i've been to Kuala Lumpur..lots of kudamono (bukan sejenis kimono yer, kudamono=fruits). The fruit that is very tasty is mangosteen i like very much." just wirite back what he said. Ni kira fluent gak english... ada yg lagi kronik..nak bgtahu one word..it took nearly two minutes for him to translate japanese word to english (this is from love's experienced..rakan satu dept.) hehe..
Anyway..india..pun india la..maybe i always wear this long blouse..lagipun i'm not that putih melepak like miss sa a.k.a miss korea..mmg tak logika la if she came from Ind...hmm...baru ku tahu setahap mana kecerahan warna kulit ku ini hehe..

AFTER YEARS OF TELLING PEOPLE CHEMOTHERAPY IS THE ONLY WAY TO TRY AND
ELIMINATE CANCER, JOHNS HOPKINS IS FINALLY STARTING TO TELL YOU THERE
IS AN ALTERNATIVE WAY .

1. Every person has cancer cells in the body. These cancer cells do not show up in the standard tests until they have multiplied to a few
billion. When doctors tell cancer patients that there are no more cancer cells in their bodies after treatment, it just means the tests are
unable to detect the cancer cells because they have not reached the detectable size.

2. Cancer cells occur between 6 to more than 10 times in a person's lifetime.

3. When the person's immune system is strong the cancer cells will be destroyed and prevented from multiplying and forming tumours.

4. When a person has cancer it indicates the person has multiple nutritional deficiencies. These could be due to genetic, environmental,
food and lifestyle factors.

5. To overcome the multiple nutritional deficiencies, changing diet and including supplements will strengthen the immune system.

6. Chemotherapy involves poisoning the rapidly-growing cancer cells and also destroys rapidly-growing healthy cells in the bone marrow,
gastro-intestinal tract etc, and can cause organ damage, like liver, kidneys, heart, lungs etc.

7. Radiation while destroying cancer cells also burns, scars and damages healthy cells, tissues and organs.

8. Initial treatment with chemotherapy and radiation will often reduce tumor size. However prolonged use of chemotherapy and radiation do not
result in more tumor destruction.

9. When the body has too much toxic burden from chemotherapy and radiation the immune system is either compromised or destroyed, hence
the person can succumb to various kinds of infections and complications.

10. Chemotherapy and radiation can cause cancer cells to mutate and become resistant and difficult to destroy. Surgery can also cause cancer
cells to spread to other sites.

11. An effective way to battle cancer is to starve the cancer cells by not feeding it with the foods it needs to multiply.


WHAT CANCER CELLS FEED ON:

a. Sugar is a cancer-feeder. By cutting off sugar it cuts off one important food supply to the cancer cells. Sugar substitutes like
NutraSweet, Equal,Spoonful, etc are made with Aspartame and it is harmful. A better natural substitute would be Manuka honey or molasses
but only in very sma ll amounts. Table salt has a chemical added to make it white in colour. Better alternative is Bragg's aminos or sea salt.

b. Milk causes the body to produce mucus, especially in the gastro-intestinal tract. Cancer feeds on mucus. By cutting off milk and
substituting with unsweetened soy milk, cancer cells are being starved.

c. Cancer cells thrive in an acid environment. A meat-based diet is acidic and it is best to eat fish, and a little chicken rather than
beef or pork. Meat also contains livestock antibiotics, growth hormones and parasites, which are all harmful, especially to people with cancer.

d.. A diet made of 80% fresh vegetables and juice, whole grains, seeds, nuts and a little fruits help put the body into an alkaline
environment. About 20% can be from cooked food including beans. Fresh vegetable juices provide live enzymes that are easily absorbed and reach
down to cellular levels within 15 minutes to no urish and enhance growth of healthy cells. To obtain live enzymes for building healthy cells try
and drink fresh vegetable juice (most vegetables including bean sprouts) and eat some raw vegetables 2 or 3 times a day. Enzymes are destroyed at
temperatures of 104 degrees F (40 degrees C).

e. Avoid coffee, tea, and chocolate, which have high caffeine. Green tea is a better alternative and has cancer-fighting properties.
Water-best to drink purified water, or filtered, to avoid known toxins and heavy metals in tap water. Distilled water is acidic, avoid it.


12. Meat protein is difficult to digest and requires a lot of digestive enzymes. Undigested meat remaining in the intestines become putrified
and leads to more toxic buildup.

13. Cancer cell walls have a tough protein covering. By refraining from or eating less meat it frees more enzymes to attack the protein walls of
cancer cells and allows the body's killer cells to destroy the cancer cells.

14. Some supplements build up the immune system (IP6, Flor-ssence, Essiac, anti-oxidants, vitamins, minerals, EFAs etc.) to enable the
body's own killer cells to destroy cancer cells. Other supplements like vitamin E are known to cause apoptosis, or programmed cell death, the
body's normal method of disposing of damaged, unwanted, or unneeded cells.

15. Cancer is a disease of the mind, body, and spirit. A proactive and positive spirit will help the cancer warrior be a survivor. Anger,
unforgiveness and bitterness put the body into a stressful and acidic environment. Learn to have a loving and forgiving spirit. Learn to relax
and enjoy life.

16. Cancer cells cannot thrive in an oxygenated environment. Exercising daily, and deep breathing help to get more oxygen down to the cellular
level. Oxygen therapy is another means employed to destroy cancer cells.

I don't know whether all of these are true but its worth considering some of the suggestion. Huu but i love coffee..takperla as long as not more than one cup a day...

Religion and "Pening"...

Last Thursday, i have a seminar, one in the morning and the other one around 4 pm. I cant attend in the morning since it clashes with my Japanese class. Petang tu kena la pergi..no excuse. Evening session plak kat Katahira campus..and my love suggest to go with kuruma coz it will be easier. The problem is i have no idea which area in Katahira and which building since it is very big area. Oleh itu saya pun bertanya kepada Horimoto sensei. She said she will go with Kajimoto-san, Tatsumi-san and Sato-san, and i told her i will go with my car..maybe boleh follow..i continue my lab..and suddenly at 3 pm, (1 jam lagi nak seminar) Horimoto sensei came to me and said, we are leaving now. I was shocked and switch off eviting and went to my room to take my notebook, purse, etc..she was also in the room and asked me.."is it ok in your religion if we ride your car?" I was puzzled..nak tergelak pom ada "of course not, there is no such thing". But i am really wondering why are we going so early. Katahira campus is about 15 minutes from Aobayama campus. Tapi dah co-boss says so and it turned out, Tatsumi-san and Sato-san also went with me. Masa tu segan pun ada..kalau love ok la, ni labmates huhu..tak biasa la..tapi buat dek jela..bila dah sampai, barula i knew why we went early coz kena ambil kunci, tampal poster prepare the setup..projector..and so on...don't really understand the talk..about surface plasmon and curcuit apa ntah huhu..

Second case which seems funny to me..this is about my love's group member. Yesterday they had welcome party, somewhere around Sendai Station..my love pun dah naik segan selalu tak pergi..same case with me. So this time he agrees to join. Hopefully ada makanan which is safe to eat he..my love ni quite kamcing with this guy from china Pheng Ning Ning (I always call him Pening..hehe noti me..but of course not in front of him just during conversation with love) and the other one is love's tutor Yoshi-san..erm yang ni tatau plak nak panggil apa..he..Pheng ni (or should i write Pening? (*_*)...is still young..just continued his master so still sort of childish sket..love's menu during party tu sukiyaki..ala2..steam boat la..but still a bit different..luckily ada seafood and vegetables so boleh la makan. Pheng ni makan non stop org lain dah full but he's still eating..sampai tergigit his tounge and luka..huu..kesian but kelakar gak pom ada, dia tak pernah makan2 like this..and don't be surpised that he never see beach/ocean (maybe he comes from center part of China agaknya)..the best part is when my love is reading my sms. During that time i sent my love sms asking what time will he finish and where should i pick him up..i called my love..LOVE..the the sms started with "love..." when my love was reading the sms..Pheng ni jenguk his hp..and saw the word love..pastu tetiba kecoh.. "waahhh..your wife say i love you to you.." the best part dia gi kecoh dgn org lain gak..sort of "his wife says i love you to him". After that seems like everybody is sneaking to love's hp. Adus.. pening2..funny la..i met him several time and i can imagine the way he says that...

kelakar pun ada...but i guess she's right, erm no comment on bersalin part since i never experience that. My time will come insyaAllah..lari topik jap..all these people kept asking me..preggy? dah ada belum? maybe they are excited to see hanis junior or mi junior. tatau la macam mana nak jawab bila balik bercuti nanti if i dont get pregnant...apapun i know semua yang berlaku atas kehendak-Nya. I have lab works everyday from morning till night, expose to many kinds if chemicals, name it..orgaic solvent, halogen.. and many more. Maybe it will be hazardous if i get pregnant. My love is busy too..with seminars and classes..and paperworks..etc..can he look after me if i get morning sickness etc..this will interrupt his work too..And i know Allah maha kaya, ada la rezeki kami nanti insyaAllah. Maybe by that time we are a bit settled down by this burdon and works, all we can do now is pray for the perfect moment...
ok back to business, how i knew her? she's one of the staff in FPE specialize in Spanish language. Kellasss..gitiew...sempat belajar masa BTN with her.."porke", "si", "buenas noches", ntah betul ntah tidak hehe..i just remembered those 3 words tho she taught quite a number of words. Kak Dhi is now at Volladolid, doing her PhD in Spanish language. Still contacting with her, she is so funny and i always enjoy chit chatting with her..before this i just knew her through warga umt email and i was surprised when she emailed me reagrding BTN what sould we bring..how will i go to BTN and so on..nasib baik jugak coz ada la geng..mana bley stay together gether with love... and kak dhi rocks...awet muda..lagi gila2 from me and also other juniors...
Hari ni terbantut untuk prepare my STM tips since somebody is using the DC for the whole day, nak continue scanning, somebody is also using the STM room for the whole day..huhu..lucky i made an appoinment yesterday with Goryo-san to learn how to use fluorescence microscope. I have a few samples with me so hopefully i will get some result...coz..it's group meeting tomorrow, aduss, kecut perut everytime group meeting or weekly seminar...it's lunch time and i'm really hungry...and i have training at ichi-ji..till next time...

Kokeshi...

with the doll maker

I think someone out there in UMT will know about this. I wanted to include it in my Matsushima post. But at that time i thought erm..maybe some other time..or should i say tak berapa rajin..hehe..since there are many things to tell, with the birds, the bridges, the small islands and so on...but i really wanted to point out kokeshi doll in separate post. When i arrived here, Fukumura sensei gave me some pamphlet about Sendai, the trademark of Sendai is samurai while the trademark for Miyagi is Kokeshi doll. Akira chan was right Kokeshi doll was originated from Miyagi which is in Tohoku region. Tapi kokeshi doll that i've seen here, taklah secantik kokeshi doll that i saw in Kira's page. More natural and less accessories or should i say tak chumel sgt..hehe..sian keshi..mesti sedih dia dengar ni. It's not about the cuteness but i guess it is about the price which is quite expensive for us. But we will buy it one as a trademark that we have lived here for some years and that doll will remind us a lot about Sendai.

I saw some kokeshi dolls around Sendai city..just the dolls...and even the biggest one in Nishi koen sort of statue..but what i saw at Matsushima, the doll plus the doll maker. I'm not sure whether he is the maker of all kokeshi doll..takkan la kut hehe..maybe there are some other people..but he seems established since he has a big shop selling kokeshi dolls which vary in sizes. It was awesome..my love and i really enjoyed watching him just from outside the window shop. He looks quite old..by the wrinkle at his hands and face yet still strong and has a pair of sharp eyes...he doesn't wear a spectacles nor glove as if he owns all the skills that are needed to make a kokeshi doll..all seems perfect with the same size and height. We didn't realize we were standing there about 20 minutes...tabun(maybe)..but we are truly sorry...we didn't buy the doll. Tengok jer beria belinya tak poms..hehe..sowi eh uncle next time bila both of us nak abis study we will surely buy one...

Hanami turns Gyoza

Today we are supposed to have Hanami trip at Shiogama Jinja...erm..i donno where is that place. Roughly the plan was..from campus to sendai station by bus..from sendai station to Shiogama by densya. Hanami will start at 12 noon. I will go with Sotome-san, the rest with their own car, dah penuh just the two of us left without transport, my love nak g solat jumaat so he needs the car plus i don't know where is that place. .few days back, according to the weather forecast today will be sunny, but it may change.. so yesterday, when they checked it will rain, all of us hoping really hard it will be sunny..but sadly it rains, and it will be heavy from 12 onwards. Program starts at 12 so there was no hope at all. Untuk mengubat hati yang duka lara, they decided to do mini party and the menu is gyoza. I never eat nor see gyoza. Mori-san told me it is a chinese food and quite popular among japanese. I didn't take part as i assume it will involve beef. As usual i continue my labwork since there's no hanami..kerja tetap jalan..tapi sebenarnya rasa nak balik ni membuak2.. hu, tapi maybe my luck today..dapat good data ke..who knows..when i want to pray asar i pass by the seminar room. They are preparing gyoza (the raw material) and i went back to STM room..nak g STM room memang kena lalu seminar room suddenly Mori-san called me. "Hanis-san i need your help" katanya. "oh..ok..sure.", i replied. Switched off my STM and went back to the seminar room. "This one is for you, maguro (tuna) and we will cook it separately with this one" Mori-san said while showing another portion looks like beef and chicken. Wahh terharu plak rasa siap buat separately..pastu i have to mix the ingredients...so i went to the other side and start mixing my maguro instructed by Mori-san.
After that buat outer part...Toyouchi-san already did the dough..ala2 karipap la plak..teringin nak ambil gambar but it's too late my hand is dirty and there are a lot of work need to be done, cut it into small pieces and start to canai plak...memula tenaga 3 org then came others to help..whew..kalau tak ntah bila nak abis..there's this 2 big sort of pan, so they will cook theirs over there and mine dekat sink..smaller pan, baru beli..so sweet..so i have no doubt, i make the mix myself and cooked in a brand new pan...yey..they are awesome. Of course i didn't know how to cook it, Matsushima-san helped me since he is an expert and he comes from the region which is popular with gyoza. Fukumura sensei came and the party starts..biasa la of course ada wine..but i drank tea in my own glass. They ate it with soy sauce but i didn't eat it..sebab they dip it with beef gyoza..so i have to eat it just like that without sauce..but it was delicios..i love it.. they snapped some pictures...all of them are candid..tak perasan pun when they capture all those pics..ralit buat keje..he..but i went out early coz i need to solat magrib and tak masuk2 dah.. continue my STM but sadly no result for today..so i will try again, tomorrow is Sato-san's turn so maybe i'll try it again on Sunday or next week..here are some pics that i got from them...

This is my first time join makan2 at lab before this i never joined them, sometimes they will have dinner outside, so for this time they all siap buat separate portion for me so i decided to join..nanti apa plak kata Fukumura sensei..before this kalau tak join selalu dia tanya.."u didn't join lab members? I understand u have some obligation about the food. It is ok." Just now masa tgh makan2 Fukumura sensei seems surprised.."Hanis-san..u are here..how about her food..she cannot eat this"..and they explained that i have special portion.."Oh..good2..'' and he smiles..It was a fun experience...even though i'm really looking forward for hanami but gyoza is surely a memorable experience...

Someone who went to Paris...

Hehe..sajer tak nak sebut nama..yang pastinya bukan guru bahasa kita Mr Rauhan zimbabwe yer...just finished my STM group meeting. Open my diary..wanted to see my schedule for next week. Lots of things to do..tatau la sempat ke tak nak membombastikkan my data ni..and i came across a note.."Ila cung" birthday..oh gosh..i totally forgot about it. Padahal since last week i've reminded myself about this..totally busy and sometime feels like wasting time..coz i'm in the lab for hours..from morning till night everyday..but what i did i get? no result...huhu.. dugaan2..take it in a positive way maybe nak menuju ke arah pro tu..he...ye ker..back to the topic...TO CIK ILA... i wanna wish u HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! Semoga pelajaran anda berjalan lancar as well as diberi kesihatan, dimurahkan rezeki dan dipanjangkan umur...hopefully u will have a wonderfull celebration. Ni mesti celebrate umah Mrs Soofi..huu beshnya mesti grand gitiew..what did u ask for a present from Miss Sa? cant wait to see it. My Sv...

Yesterday i was measuring STM. Fukumura sensei suddenly came and ask me about my sample. I can see nanowire under SEM but i failed to observed it under STM. Since my sample has fluorescence properties, so i can confirm it under fluorescence microscope to support my data, STM is a high resolution instrument. I need to prepare an ideal sample which must be below 100 nm, than it is observable under STM..difficult...i can see it under SEM very clearly but it is difficult when it comes to STM..so in a rush kind of way (his trademark) we went to biochem lab and met Sogawa sensei. It's in the same building where i did SEM. The door is auto door so it will open when we are near it..but i didn't expect Fukumura sensei will do..."Open Sesame" dengan penuh action kamen sinchan miss sa..(panjangnya nama action ni). sooo chumel..nak tergelak pun ada tapi control. Lawak rupanya my sv ni. Unfortunately, the instrument is under repair so i have to wait for a few days..hmm looks like someone will come in empty hand on this Thursday's group meeting huhu..wish me luck..takpe sabar2 Allah suka pada org yang sabar (Kak Tim yg bagi nasihat ni) thanks kak tim. u know who u are..hehe ok nak balik dah...my love is on his way...

An evening with love...

My love...not that nature kind of person..he admit it yesterday...macam tak percaya je..but i'm glad he's willing to do sakura watching with me. Yesterday, when we were preparing lunch, i suddenly pop up the plan. Instead of going to see hanami tomorrow, i feels like going today. At that time i'm preparing muffin for our tea break bento...as usual ptg2 mesti lapar..coincidentally today, dont have discussion with Fukumura sensei. Plus we need to buy some grocery, our fridge is nearly empty. My love thought it's a good plan..so had our lunch, solat and ready to go. Before that ronda2 around kaikan..looks like sakura near the field. It's beautiful. And we snap some pictures.

I am really not sure where to go but i really wanna go at the same spot along the river. The one i went with Mori-san and the gang. But that place is quite far from here and i has a lot of cherry blossom spot..about 8 km long of cherry blossom lane until high up to the mountain. We went alng the river but not until Shiroishi...it seems a long traffic and looks like everybody wants to picninc while enjoying the view of hanami. Most probably we went to the 1st spot. Tempat paling hujung..still jauh lagi untuk sampai ke Ogawara or Shiroishi. But it is still beautiful and breathtaking. We dont even have a mat and didn't even plan for picnic just jalan2..cuma bawa bekal muffin, coke and tea.

When we arrived, there were a lot of people walking, some are with family and some of them with dogs..tiap kali nampak doggy mesti cepat2 lari..nanti kang tak pasal2 terkena hehe.. taking a few picture..ramai org picninc..mini barbecue pun ada..the smell was really good and ada gerai jual frieds foods, nampak macam best jer..sungguh mencabar keimanan. But we have a more delicious dish which are my muffin (perasan)..since we dont have a mat we just sit at a spot under a tree and start munching.

Since it is along the riverside, so there were two sides full of cherry trees..our side..jarak cherry tree agak jauh and the other side sangat meriah full of people and the cherry blossom pun lebat and rapat2. My love and i can also see a straight line of cherry tree up until the hillside. It was so beautiful...since it's just a compact camera, we are surely wasting our time trying to capture a bigger view. We just walk, look around and enjoying the view.

It's spring time...

behind our house

Hanami..that's what they say in Japanese. Hati ini berbunga2 sebab bunga2 dah mula keluar and it is also a sign to show that the new season has come...how i love the weather these few days..so warm yet cold if it's windy and during night time..but in day time it is very warm that i don't need to wear a jacket and a cardi is enough. Flowers start to bloom, i can see it everywhere especially cherry blossom a.k.a sakura..tulip will come soon in May. I didn't expect there will be tulip here as i imagine those flowers only in Europe.

Yesterday was wonderful yet a little bit tragic. I was editing my data (SEM data) and suddenly my guts told me i should ask Horimoto sensei about Hanami trip. I heard that my lab will do Hanami trip but i dont know when and where. Horimoto sensei told me that Mori-san, Ishida-san and Kajimoto sensei will do pre sakura visit to find the best place for Hanami trip and suggested me to go. I was shocked but of course happy to hear that. I heard they mentioned Katahira campus..etc..it's just near here and of course i manage to come back before 5 whereby at 5 pm i will have STM meeting. Ishida-san is also in STM group so both of us have to attend the meeting. Since Horimoto sensei suggested it..without further thinking i took my camera and purse and headed to join them. We went with Mori-san's car..Suzuki Alto, if i'm not mistaken sort of "kelisa" or "kancil" type. Kawaii..

Dropped by at seikyo to buy some tea and snack..and off we go..as i was in the car i heard they mentioned minami..i'm thinking..where is that place and we didn't even pass by Katahira campus. So i'm wondering where are we going. But i just kept quiet and join in when i can understand the topic they are talking. I have no idea where are we going..lamanya..tak sampai2 snack and tea pun dah nak habis. Can i make it for STM meeting? I heard Ishida-san mention something about the meeting and checking her mobile phone. I thought she is 'sms-ing' Horimoto sensei that both of us will be late for the meeting. A few days before i read through the information bulletin and one of the best place to see Sakura is Ogwara. Sunddenly, i saw a signboard Ogawara..i was really surprised..are we going to this place? This is sure a dream come true..hehe..But we didn't go there a bit further called..now i know..minami is south..so we went to the south of Sendai.. erm..patut la lama bebeno nak sampai. We went to 2 spots..i dont really know the name of the place. At first macam salah tempat coz there were no car parks...seats..spots to place a mat and have picnic...but i manage to gake some pictures and off we went to the 2nd spot. Sakura seems nearly fully bloom at this place.

The hanami trip will be on 17th April so it will be too late to view the sakura as the best date/time would be around this weekend for this park. According to them every cherry blossom has its own time and day to view. So this 17 we will not come here again and have to choose another place..i have no idea where. Suddenly Fukumura sensei called Kajimoto sensei. I was quite scared. Maybe he is mad of this long outing. At that time it's about 4 pm..of course we can't make it before five. Masa tu i dah tak teringat pasal STM meeting (ralits) plus got a green light from my co-sv. Without wasting time we hurried back home..on the way back..it was traffic jam almost all the way and to make it worse Mori-san took the wrong turn and we ended up lost. All of them are not familiar with the road at that area..but we manage to find the right road back to Sendai city. Arrived at campus around 6 plus. I hurried back to my room and Kajimoto sensei went straight away to see boss....mengadap boss..takutnya. Horimoto sensei came to me and ask how was the trip and i told her i enjoyed it and she said it's good to hear that but u have to be here before 5 pm for group meeting and i answered..."I'm very sorry, gomennasai, i didn't know they were going that far..i have some data to show and i'll print it right away.". Takut tu..takyah cakap la..guilty seme ada but i cant turn back time. After the discussion i emailed Fukumura sensei and apologized for what i've done.

Bintang Hati..

I'm writing this entry while eating bintang hati..my third attempt making cookies. That's why i love cookie monster coz i love cookies..hehe..i don't have a name for this cookie sebab resipi hentam saja janji crunchy and taste like cookies..i named it after the shape..which are stars and hearts. Hiasan kat atas tu adalah hasil tangan my love..ada bakat tak..:D. Went to 100 yen shop which almost everything cost 100 yen per item. Lots of cooking stuff..rasa macam nak beli macam2 tapi mana sempat nak buat, berangan jer lebih..erm Miss Sa will know coz we are Elmo..while waiting for my sample..erm blog jap la.. here's a joke to share...

Received an email from Ayuwuhuu...about...."Ketawa dalam internet + email + chat room" I've never realized there's a category for the way u write your lough. Makes me smile while reading pengibur hati yang duka lara...coz i just finished my STM meeting..erm..balik2 kena repeat result coz tak cantik and they kept comparing my results with other student a and b can make 90% bla..bla so you should get like them..wawawawa saya rasa saya dah buat cukup teliti. Sekali dua it is till ok coz i'm learning dah 3,4 kali ni risau plak rasa..I missed this year's conference at Spain coz of my result..Mori-san and several lab members will go this summer..huhu..result undergrad dah boleh pergi international..hebat2..during my degree..erm jauh sekali la not even conference in Malaysia...i'm so sad and now i'm comforting myself..it's impossible to obtained a good result within 4 months where you have to learn and catch up lots of new things/subjects which are STM, Fluorometer, Laser..etc..huhu totally different from my master. Just be patience and my time will come soon. Don't give up! Gambatte ne...
